Description of Work: My Condo Board hired them in June, 2012 as our Property Mgmt Co. | |They were honest, helpful, transparent and legally helped us correct many items the prior board/mgmt/acct had not addressed as well as assisting us through a frozen pipe burst insurance claim which damaged 5 units & basement. | |Eff 11/1/14 the new Condo Board replaced them with a company they had a history with.
