Willow Ridge Nursery & Garden Center is a family run business operating since 2001. We have everything you need to make your gardens & yard healthy & beautiful. Our quality plant material is beautifully displayed throughout the nursery. We have a great selection of trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, vegetables, herbs & houseplants. We offer landscape design & installation. All appointments & estimates are free of charge to you.We also have bulk mulch, topsoil & sweet peet & offer delivery services. You are waited on by the owners, who are knowledgeable & strive to help you with any questions you may have. Our store is our garden & we invite you to come by & walk through it. Surrounding yourself with beautiful plants & flowers can make your home a place to relax & enjoy. We are open year round, so stop by any time! We would love to meet you!

Though weather and their family health issues complicated scheduling they stayed in touch and were very cooperative with rescheduling. They and their workers were quite pleasant, meticulous, and conscientious. The garden is lovely.

Crew was prompt and professional. Bill designed the landscaping and was extremely helpful. The work was done at the end of Fall, Bill said he will be back in the Spring to check on how the plants weathered the winter, I do not doubt that he will be back to check in! Would definitely reccommend!

They were supposed to be here yesterday, but they didn't show up. And they didn't bother to call me either to let me know they weren't coming so I was a little bit annoyed with them. When I called them to find out why they weren't here and he said that we haven't had enough rain to do any planting. It makes perfect sense but they still should have called me.

Description of Work: They took out old overgrown shrubs in front yard and redid front landscaping with new plantings. They also added good-sized evergreens and plantings in the back yard to cover up neighbor's cutting and shrub debris dumped by our fence line . |They were artistic, prompt, and diligent in all areas of the job including clean-up.

All the installers were very polite and my yard and driveway were left in excellent condition and were clean to the point that you couldn't tell anyone had been there. A very nice job all around!
Description of Work: WRI Installed new plants, grasses and shrubs around my pool and in the front of my home. (I had used WRI before) and was pleased with Bill's teams' work. They installed approximately 20 plants in just over an hour (I left just after they arrived and I had discussed with Bill the locations for the plants, and returned an hour and a half later). All the plants were installed exactly as planned, the edges of the planted areas were cut, and all the areas were mulched with new material. The

I ordered 5 yards of mulch to be delivered to my house on a day I would be home so that I could direct the truck to where I wanted it dumped. When the truck arrived with the mulch, the driver did not contact me. Instead, he just started dumping the mulch on my driveway. I heard the noise, then ran out to tell him to dump the mulch off my driveway, but he refused. I would never order from this company again.

I am the owner & president of Willow Ridge Nursery & I made the delivery myself. Mr. [member name removed] asked me to dump the mulch down a steep slope into a swampy area. Obviously I would have gotten bogged down & needed a tow. It has also rained 2" the night before. Common sense dictates what can & cannot be done. Bill

It went exactly as planned. Bill planned out the plantings after asking us our preferences. The crew arrived when expected and did a professional and thorough job. Everything was carefully planted and mulched. We received instructions regarding watering and care. So far, several months later, everything has grown in beautifully, and it is just the look we had in mind.
Description of Work: Removed old foundation plantings at the front of the house and replaced them with smaller new ones. Relocated several of the old plantings to the back of the house.

Our experience was excellent. Bill, the man who came out, was very knowledgeable about plants for this area, he listened to everything that I wanted, and he did an exceptional job.
