I hired Dennis to prove whether there was mold or not in the attic of the house I was selling, after a ridiculous home inspection. Turns out there is some mold, on the opposite side of the roof from where this inpector indicated! Awaiting a remediation plan from Dennis.

Dennis was very thorough and knowlegdgeable and also very professional...He took air samples outside, upstairs and down in my basement..He did a great job and was here right when he said he would be..He was friendly and listened to all my concerns..I would highly recommend him..

Dennis the owner came to my house to evaluate the mold situation. He was extremely professional , knowledgeable, and made sure he had enough air samples and swabs. Actually I wanted him to do more but he didn t want me to pay for samples that were not necessary. He called me in 3 days after the lab report came back and sent me my report.
