Steve Fox is a consummate professional. Not only is he very easy to communicate with, but he has a true sense what is possible in a space. We had no idea if a dog shower was even possible. He not only saw it as possible, he figured out a way to give us extra storage space in an odd room AND made it look great. We will continue to work with Steve on many more projects to come.

The above ground view of completed work appeared to meet requirements. Several commit dates were missed. After missing committed dates, the contractor wanted immediate payment, unwilling to wait for a check by US mail even though he performed the work when I was not home (a little annoying considering his own delays in doing the work).

Steve called us and emailed us the day before to confirm and called us when he was on his way. He was on time and got right to work. He was efficient and we are VERY pleased with the result! He and his crew cleaned up afterword also with nothing for us to do but wait for our gutters to be installed. I will definitely be calling Steve again if and when we have other household repairs to be done.

Steve is honest, hard working and has a very admirable crew. All very professional.

Based solely on my Angie's List search, I found Steve. He was able to start the job when I needed him and he and his crew did a nice job. Our bathroom is gorgeous!! Exactly what I wanted!! We will be using Steve and crew again!!

Wow. We had previously gotten a quote from PJD on another project and really liked them, but they were completely booked when we wanted the work to be done and now we understand why. So glad we reached out to them for our deck repair project. Steve was very straightforward and understood exactly what needed to be done before we could point out to him what we thought needed to be done. Not only did he not try to up-sell us on any fancy add-ons, he and his team paid close attention to the details of the work. We felt they always went above and beyond. Steve gave us daily reports of how things were going and what--if any--surprises he had found. He and his team were polite, considerate and efficient. And the price was absolutely fair (we got 5 quotes). We plan on hiring them for many projects to come, even if it means working around their busy schedule.

We can't say enough about what a great experience we had working with this contractor. Our upstairs has been completely and beautifully remodeled. It was an extensive job involving a lot of detail work, all of which was done with precision and quality. In addition the crew is absolutely wonderful. We felt completely comfortable with them in our home and around our children. We will absolutely use this company when we renovate our basement in the future.

Sorry I ever chose this company nightmare from start bathroom ruined wife had to clean every day food and soda cans left everywhere front door installed upside down molding s around door just thrown on nails used in floor when floor glue was supplied bought 3 tubs floor only requires 2 never use them unless you like mess and getting ripped off. Also front still not perfect have to have another company fix all the mistakes

He was reasonably priced in comparison to other contractors and did great work. He showed up when he said he would and completed everything that I asked.

Phil is great to work with because he's a pro, knows how to take care of everything, not just the construction. PJD did a complete remodel of a 20 year old condo to prepare it for sale. Everything inside was replaced- tile floors, carpets, vanities, toilets, lights/lamps, showers, sinks,appliances. He also built new closets, and painted the interior of the condo (all rooms) completely. He managed the other suppliers - Home Depot, Granite supplier, carpet installers, trash haulers, etc. Phil and his team were efficient, on schedule, always available for discussion, and they did a great job.

He gave me an estimate but couldn't provide proof of valid Workers Compensation or General Liability insurance as of 11/27/13. I didn't give him a job. If he has helpers, he is required by the State of NY to carry Workers Compensation. If he does not have valid General Liability insurance and damages your home, your Homeowners company may not cover the damage under your own policy. If he doesn't have Workers Compensation insurance and a worker gets hurt on your property, your Homeowners company may not cover the injury. ~ I am a licensed NY Insurance Broker (Property/Casualty). Homeowner beware. I recommend you verify all insurance prior to accepting a contract and having any work provided on your home.

The workers (Oscar, Mike & John) were friendly and worked hard. Phil followed up on the job and was responsive whenever I called him.

Unfortunately, I was to meet with the provider but he was delayed. The provider left a message with me the next day and apologized for missing the appointment. I decided to use someone else.

The service went very well. They came out and give us a good quote and they quoted us quickly. They were very responsive with all our questions.

Phil kept in contact with me regarding every aspect of the job. His crew arrived on time, worked every day until the job was done in the number of days he originally stated. They cleaned up and disposed of all debris and trash removed from the basement. The job was done professionally and efficiently. Phil even suggested a dehumidifier for the basement, purchased one at a reasonable price and installed it for me. When the job was completed, everything was cleaned up with no trace of all the trash removal that had been done. Everything was hassle-free and much easier than I had anticipated.

Phil and his team did a fantastic job knocking down a wall in our kitchen and installing high hats. His crew worked quickly and they were so neat. They cleaned up after themselves and took everything with them. My husband and I would definitely use them again for any other changes we need to make to our home.

It went very well. Provider did everything he promised to do and more in a professional manner.

They had to remove siding and replace everything behind it. Place durarock then new framing, plywood, foam board, replace siding. It was not an easy job. It was the second story wall. The stuff they removed was completely rotted and infested with ants. They did a great job and it was done in a timely manner.
