Platinum Pools replaced our liner and installed a new Cambridge paver patio, new coping and new aluminum fencing. Dave and his team were excellent. The liner was installed flawlessly with not one wrinkle. The patio and fencing came out beautifully. We would definitely recommend Dave and Platinum Pools.

After researching numerous pool companies in the area, we decided to go with Platinum Pools to renovate the pool at our house. Dave and his team were amazing. The design and ideas that Dave presented was like he was reading our minds! They were diligent, professional and we are so happy with how the project came out. We have since recommended Platinum Pools to friends that also had their pool repaired and upgraded by Platinum with the same results! You wont be disappointed!

David was great at the beginning. He was pricey, but we wanted a nice pool. At every turn David used the cheapest of materials The spouts were a cheap & hideous white plastic that protruded from the pool & hot tub area. This meant no one could lean off the wall of the hot tub. We begged David to change them to grey to match the pool color & recess them. We even showed him examples of how it should be installed. He stated that he has never heard of such an item. I took it upon myself to go to the pool supplier & buy them myself. This turned into a series of me being the gofer & buying my supplies for Platinum Pools. I secured my own blue stone and cedar posts for a pergola he was building. The problem essentially was that David took money from us ( a lot) then never paid his suppliers so he was blacklisted from his suppliers.The pool mechanicals & heater never worked. The pool supply managers assessment was that it was installed incorrectly. .At that point David went AWOL

I cannot say enough about Platinum Pools! We hired Platinum to install a new pool at our home and I must say that from the beginning to end it was a smooth ride! Platinum not only installed our pool but also handled the installation of our patio(s), walls, fencing and landscaping. Working with Dave was an absolute delight and I would highly recommend Platinum to anyone looking to install a pool or for any pool work whatsoever!

David was great beginning to end. He even drove on a saturday to pick up the heater and pump when it was not delivered on time. Our pool is running beautifully. We decided not to do the whole renovations and just do it in phases over the years and David was understanding and not aggressive in his sales pitch. We will definitely be calling on him for phase two!

Contracted them for pool filter, pool cover and patio in mid or late June 23 and gave a down payment. It was delayed so many times by so many excuses. The filter and patio was finally installed early September. Since he over ordered the pavers by three pallets. He said he could have a walkway done â for a couple of thousand dollars . . Rather than have the pallets and sand sit on the grass we told him to do it. After it was done he charged us $9,000.00. He never installed the pool cover. We called several times and never got a call back.

Start to finish Dave and crew were great. I would recommend to anyone.

So very glad that I hired Dave and Platinum Pool and Spa. The work was done in a timely but not rushed manner. My patio was left tidy and Dave and his partner were a pleasure to work with.

I have an earlier review for when they came to open my pool. The pump that was installed was faulty, I contacted the owner and he was able to get the manufacturer to send a new pump and he has agreed to install the new pump for me when it arrives.

David is a good guy. He knows a lot about pools. He replaced the sand filter and pump What a difference it made for the better He opened my swimming pool and vacuumed and put chemicals in the pool I enjoy swimming daily and David made it possible Thank you David

The owner was kind and came to set us up himself. He missed the first appointment and I had to call to find out that no one was coming. He came out and our filter was broken, so he had to order a new one and come back to install it. He said that he would be back on Thursday/Friday/Saturday. So, on Saturday I called and he said he was about to call to let me know that he wasn?t going to make it out till maybe Monday depending on the weather. He explained that the weather had pushed things out and he had to care for regular customers first. He was very nice, but it was a hassle getting started.

The workers repairing the pool bed, smoothing on vermiculite and putting on a new pool liner were professional and talented. The liner was put on beautifully with not a wrinkle.

They expeditiously provided a quote and we communicated about specifics. I was impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. Dave went the extra mile to find the best solution in helping us and his creative problem-solving was greatly appreciated.

A huge thank you to Dave! Came on time, very responsive in getting back to you. Very professional services. Gave great recommendations in replacing parts for the pool. Overall a great job! We will definitely use him again next year. Highly recommend this company!

The company responded to my call right away and the service I needed was done within a few days. Dave was the gentleman that came to my home and did the service I needed. He was very nice and professional. I will be using them again in the spring and summer.
