Description of Work: Called promptly prior to arrival. Removed damaged wall by ice infiltration and brought in equipment to dry wet areas. Did not completely remove wet insulation materials though and left 3" scratch on the hard wood floor when they brought in fan to dry out the wall. Overall, team did a great work.
