+ 0 moreTwo different individuals at the desk helped me with the order. Both were pleasant and professional and spent a great amount of time helping me choose the items needed. When I had technical questions beyond their expertise they went and consulted the plumbers in the back. I am very pleased with their service. The order itself seemed to take a long time to come in. This may be the fault of the individual companies from which we ordered.
Description of Work: I ordered materials needed to renovate our powder room.

+ 0 moreI bought everything myself and brought all the supplies home and they did the installation. It was one-stop shopping. The service was quick and I did not have to wait in line long. I didn't pre-order and everything I bought was stuff they had in stock. The price was right. They are always very dependable. About a year ago we redid our bathroom and I bought all the supplies there as well. I bought the hot water tank on their supply side and all the fixtures and things for the bathroom from the show room side. They are very pleasant to work with and give you options. They are straight forward and they are local which is nice for me. They do a nice job.
Description of Work: I used N & S Supply of Fishkill in December. They installed a separate hot water tank for us. I buy all my plumbing supplies from them.

+ 0 moreAs stated above, they had what I needed, knew exactly what I needed even though my vocabulary may not have been quite "in the business", and provided it quickly and professionally. Price is hard to compare since none of the big stored had what I needed, but was certainly reasonable.
Description of Work: Although I did not use their plumbing services, I have gone there multiple times looking for supplies the big stores could not help me with. I have always thought of them as a pro supplier only, but the householder can walk in and get all sorts of not easily found things. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient, so there is no waiting around. I recently needed a weird size toilet, and they actually had it in stock.

We certainly appreciated the assistance we received as soon as we walked in the door, allowing us to select from a large assortment of display items, and configure them to fit our needs. And again, Karen provided the best helping hand through the whole process.
Description of Work: Complete remodel of two 1960's bathrooms. New showers, tubs, fixtures, solid surface materials, vanities and lighting. Karen at N&S was superb in helping us select all the products required down to the last handle. Excellent service, excellent products at reasonable prices. The place to start for remodeling products.
