It was excellent. Tom was one of the nicest person I hired. He was polite, very respectful and he did a great job.

Tom came as planned took a look at the shower stall. He told me he thought he could clean the stall and didn't need to refinish it. The cost would be one-half of the refinishing cost. He took some time cleaning the shower stall and it came out looking like new. He could easily have simply refinished the stall and made twice the money. But he didn't. Tom is an honest man who does qualitry work. You can't do better than that.

Mr. Refinish is a small family owned business with good old fashioned values. Although just a few minutes late for our scheduled 2pm appointment, Tom called to let me know there was a delay and was super apologetic. He arrived just when he said he would and immediately starting his prep work. He was professional, courteous and took time to explain exactly what he would be doing and approximately how long it should take. From start to finish, the entire process was about 2.5 hours and the old dingy tub that used to be in my guest bath looked brand new. Once completed, he went over long term care instructions as well as the warranty information. He also stressed the importance of calling him if the tub should become knicked or scratched in the future. It was $500 well spent and I plan to call Mr. Refinish again in the future to work in my master bathroom.

I made the appointment early in the week for later the same week, Tecnician arrived on time, we agreed to the price including non slip sand in the bottom texture of the tub. The tecnician went to work, masking, then spraying and completed his work three hours later. The next day, I removed the masking material and was completely satisfied with the results. I found no runs in the texture and no light spray areas. I am completely satisfied with the result and the technician.

I contacted Mr Refinish over the phone. Based on the standard size of my tub and my description of the condition Mr Refinish provided an estimate for their service. We set an appointment date for the next week. Mr Refinish discussed their process, what to expect while the service technician was on site, post care, warranty and all the particulars. The day before the service I received an email confirming the appointment and a document reinforcing the procedure and post service bath tub care. The service technician arrived on time, was courteous and professional. He reviewed the bath tub and work site and confirmed the estimate. He also discussed how he might route the ventilation system to be the least disruptive to my family while the work was ongoing. He provided an overview of the work and provided an approximate time for completion. The technician carefully cleaned the work area, masked off the floor, wall and any other surfaces that might have received any overspray. The ventilation equipment and compressor were quieter than I had expected. The ventilation equipment kept the fumes confined to the bath room and vented them outdoors. When the work was complete the technician again confirmed the post care instructions, cleaned up carefully, collected payment and explained that I should call with any questions or comments. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and competence displayed by Mr Refinish. I removed the masking tape and protective paper today. The bath tub looks just like new with a smooth, lustrous finish. I highly recommend Mr Refinish if you are looking for an alternative to replacement or the installation of a liner. Excellent work.
