The service was very efficient. I talked to the lady and made an appointment. She came down, looked at what I needed done, prepared the quotation and sent it to me quickly.

It was excellent. I purchased the package on August 16th and I got a visit on August 23rd. Then I visited the shop on August 30th. I purchased the Big Deal custom design and cabinet project. Soon after making a call to Angies List I received a response from Jeanne of Hudson Valley Cabinets. She came over to my house on time. She listened to my ideas and she provided me with great ideas. She was professional and knowledgeable and went right to work. She didn't rush me through the process. She listened to me. Jeanne showed me designs with estimates and details. I still haven't decided how I'm going to move forward yet, but I highly recommend this company. I've got to communicate with her a few more times. She has a good product and it cost a little more. I was hoping for a kitchen under $20 000 and I think it's going to cost me a little more. My experience with her has not finished, but it has been a good experience. I spent the $300 from Angies List. The quote for my cabinets, the ones that I wanted and the style, is at the high end of the cost. In quality she has a good product, but I still haven't decided if I'm going to go with her. We are continuing to negotiate. The experience with the design of the kitchen went flawless. The other part will be buying the cabinets and have them installed. The promotion was good.

She didn't do any service to me, except for ideas and suggestions and did sketches in terms of what she was recommending sent the proposals and such stuff. She is good. I decided not to go with her. She was very nice. She really seems to know her stuff and she is very much like what you see is what you get. She seems to understand really well like I can offer different things, I can get the cabinets done whatever it was. She just seem to be very very good. I really had no issue with her. I just had gotten multiple quotes and multiple ideas and I went with somebody who I had worked with previously. I would definitely use her in the future. I also think about recommending her. For somebody who doesn't want to have headaches I think she would basically take the weight of your shoulders and she would deal with all the stuff.

They were good and they did a good job. They were correct, courteous, knowledgeable, and nothing to complain about. They provide good service.

The service provider is very knowledgeable and professional. She is very personable and curteous. She is also realistic and practical. She met with me at my home to look at my ktichen and discuss what I like and do not like about my kitchen. Her questions were appropriately pointed and really helped me focus on how I will use the kitchen. Based on this assessment, she has drawn plans for new kitchen cabinets. I plan to meet with her again and will most definitely let her implement the plans as I am financially able to do so. Will most definitely use this service provider again. Will recommend to friends and family.

They did a good job assessing the project. They were competent and professional. The quote was $20000. They were too expensive.

She is extremely professional and stays on budget. She comes, does her work, cleans up and goes; she is the ultimate contractor. We have others who I would not put on Angie's List because I would ruin their business. Her pricing is competitive.

Jeanne gave us a design within a week of our request. We made a few adjustments but waited to do the work for a month or so.The minute we gave her the go ahead she had her team make the dressers. She never pushed. She just waited for,us to give her the okay.They finished on time and installed them sooner because I happened to be home on an unplanned day. They came back as I didn!t have the knobs ready. Perfect job start to finish! Jeanne is very quiet about her work. She has a beautiful portfolio if you ask. Much better than the website shows.

The overall experience was flawless. She did exactly as she said. Her price did not change from start to finish. This seems to be rare quality among contractors.
