Fabian and his sons were wonderful to work with - great communication, efficient, and brought our worn, dirty, and peeling floors (that hadn't been touched in probably 30 years) back to life. They did beautiful work for a reasonable price - highly recommend!

Job had to be done in stages, due to furniture being moved to other rooms and wall-to-wall carpet removal. Fabian's suggestions led to better results than anticipated, and the 52 year old floors look practically like new - and absolutely beautiful! Fabian was a pleasure to work with. We had issues with our closing date and had to push back our floor refinishing start date multiple times; he was very patient with us. Fabian and his sons refinished the floors and stairs throughout our entire home. They pulled up the carpets in the bedrooms as well. The floors were very damaged by the previous owners, but Fabian was able to do some repairs as-needed and even out the floors as much as possible. They were on-time every day and finished the job early. The new stain and floors completely transformed the look of the house; we are so happy! We plan on working with Fabian and his sons again in the near future. I need to take additional pictures once the walls have been painted!

Wear and tear on hardwood floors for 15 years including wheel chair, walker, and a dog. Fabian promised me I would be surprised when I saw the finished product. Boy, was I!!!!! I never thought that the floor could look like this again. Floor looks just like the day I moved in....maybe better! Contractor arrived at expected times (3 days) and was very thorough and clean. I expected a big mess from sanding. Not so! He and his helpers were polite and conscientious. I would highly recommend this contractor.

We could not be more pleased! Fabian and his two sons are fantastic. They were immediately responsive to my first call, were always on time during the work, extremely courteous and pleasant, very professional. Of course most importantly, they are highly skilled, knowledgeable and experienced, and their work was top-notch. Our entrance hallway is a challenging room; almost all the work required the use of smaller hand-held machines that required great attention to detail. The floor now looks GREAT - matches the living room floor exactly. We will definitely use them again for other floors in our house - I highly recommend them for any floor refinishing job.

This is a family run operation. They are very friendly and responsive. They are considerably less expensive than the other services in the area. The floors are beautiful. They did a great job. I have already recommended them for three jobs; one is a business.

The job went great. Fabian and his team (and this is truly a family business, including two hardworking sons) did the job exceptionally well, and they were a pleasure to work with. The work was completed on time, and we are delighted with our "new" floors. Installing the flush grilles proved to be quite a challenge, because of the very hard red oak that needed to be routed, and I know it required more hours than Fabian anticipated, but he took the time to do it beautifully. We never had a flooring job of this scope done before, and we were pleasantly surprised about how the project turned out. I give Fabian my highest recommendation.

Fabian was easy to reach and returned my initial call in a timely manner. He provided me with a written quote before he left. His team showed up and completed the job while I was away on vacation. He did as great job. We expected there would be some dust from sanding around but his team did a great job keeping things neat and clean. No sawdust from sanding anywhere. Fabian and son, Jonathan, did excellent work in timely manner. Came back the third day to put back on the doors, and loved the product we had selected. They had never seen the cured product. We are ecstatic and praise both Fabian and this product.
