Sean settled the issue very fairly and to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend him unhesitatingly. One tip: the surest way to reach him is by email rather than phone or text.
Description of Work: There was an issue with the evacuation fan, and the unit was out of warranty.

Radon Mitigation
Description of Work: The installation of the system went without a hitch. Sean was very friendly when we met regarding the quote and when he did the work. His quote provided to follow up tests. I had to contact Sean 3-4 times in order for him to finally provide the first kit. I am still waiting on the second kit and have contacted him over 5 times, just to have him say that he would provide, though he still has not provided. I paid for a service and have been cheated. There are plenty of radon mitigation companies out there. Do not use this one. I hope this helps other homeowners.

Sean did all the work. He showed up right when he said he would and explained everything that would be done and gave me a flat estimate for the mitigation. He worked 2 solid days doing the installation and his work is excellent. Very professional and even with all the drilling he had to do, there was no dust or mess. He made several more trips out to the house to check on the radon meter and finish details. I am very happy with the results.

Sean was superb! Came out the next day to take a look and give me an estimate. Very knowledgeable and told me how everything was going to be done from start to finish. He came that next day to leave a radon detection system in our house for the weekend to get a reading, then came that Monday to do the work and FINISHED the same day. I was amazed at how fast and professional the entire process was. He is also super funny and friendly and I trusted him to be in my home all day while we were working. I defintely recommend him for any of your radon issues.
