Guy, the owner, was very pleasant and responsive. They helped us move the furniture and put up plastic sheets to keep the kitchen and the living room as clean as possible. He came back after the job was done to be sure we were satisfied and to pick up his payment. The entire process went very smoothly, and I would highly recommend this company.

Guy and his team were great. Guy was exceptionally responsive and his team was always on time and just did a great job. It was a pleasure working with them and I would recommend them to anyone looking for work on their hardwood floors.

Guy came out to give us an estimate. He came within two days of our call and came exactly when he said he would. We were pleased with the price and the way he presented himself, so we hired him to refinish our hardwood floors. They sanded them down, then applied 3 coats of polyurethane finish. They were punctual and provided good communication. The job cost was exactly the same as the estimate. The floors look beautiful-like brand new! They also moved a few pieces of furniture that we couldn't move ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company!

The entire project went well. I was a little concerned about using a company not listed here but the price difference convinced me to take a chance with them. (They also provided photos that were convincing of jobs in all stages of work). Communication before hand was a little slow, but still within 1-2 days via email. Crew showed up on time, and completed the entire job in 4 1/2 hours -- less time than was quoted. Cleanup could have been better but all debris etc. was bagged and removed according to my specifications. The job actually came in under time and budget, and looks fantastic.
