I initially contacted Keith thinking work needed to be done on my new home. Keith came over and explained no work needed to be done and gave me useful information on my property free of charge. His professionalism and kindness is greatly appreciated and I would absolutely consider hiring him if the need ever arose.

Keith and his crew were amazing. They were professional, quick, efficient and all around great to work with. Keith kept in constant contact updating us on the days events and telling us exactly what he did. Not only did he do an amazing job but he did it in less time than he originally estimated. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs a plumber.

Keith was quick to come to our home to give us an estimate for the work to be done. Once we paid the deposit he began work within a week (during a holiday weekend no less!) We were super impressed! He took pictures and sent us a video of the progress throughout the day on the day the work was done. Everything was completed in about a day and a half and everything was cleaned/tidied up in the yard and very professionally done. SUPER JOB!

I called Keith for a quote on replacing our sewer and water lines prior to a planned project to rebuild our front porch. The lines were over 100 years old and we had encountered several problems with the sewer line in particular over the past year. The water line was lead and we figured it made sense to replace at the same time since we would be digging up the yard anyway. Keith got back to me promptly, met with me on a Saturday to review the project, and provided a fair quote to do the work. We decided to move forward with the project and he was able to start later the same week I gave him the go ahead. He estimated the job would take 1.5-2 days, starting on Thursday morning. By Friday afternoon the sewer was done but not the water as the lines were buried deeper than initially thought and our hard clay soil made for slower digging than expected. The water line also diverged from the sewer as it got closer to the street so it did not share the same trench the whole way out. Keith and his crew were back at it early Saturday morning and had wrapped up by midday. Each night, the sewer and water were put back into service, temporarily if needed so we would not be without running water. Keith and his guys took great care around the house and yard, keeping things clean, covering dirt and sand piles with tarps, and fencing off holes and trenches when they left the house. When they were done, they graded the area they had worked in, seeded the yard, put down straw, and hosed off the sidewalk, driveway, and street to clean things up. He had to remove a section of our sidewalk to replace the sewer line and carefully lifted the slab out of place and set it back level with the adjacent slabs so you would never know it had been moved. His crew reset the border of our now-empty planting bed and even fixed an old fallen post under the porch despite me saying we were going to be rebuilding the porch soon. I thought Keith and his crew did an excellent job and would not hesitate to hire them again if I needed more excavating or utility work done in the future.

They arrived on time and sent a camera down the line to show me the damage. Originally they thought my sewer line ran under my front sidewalk/steps but when they ran their sensor outside they discovered that it was a few feet over under my yard. Because they didn't have to remove the concrete slabs and reset them Keith charged us $300 less than the original estimate. They worked efficiently and explained everything every step of the way.

On a Saturday my tenant called me up and told me there was water coming up from outside of the side walk. I called up Keith on a recommendation from a friend who is a respected plumber. Keith was already in Troy, finishing up a similar job. He met me in 40 minutes, and gave me better estimate than the other 2 people I talked to that day, and believe me he is running a much more legit operation than these other guys. He showed up with top end equipment the next morning, on a Sunday. He didn't charge me any crazy overtime Sunday fee.. Lets put it this way, the city charged me 3 hours of overtime twice, once for the guy to turn the water main off, and then 10 seconds later to turn it back on. Keith didn't fleece me like that just because I had an emergency. By the end of the day Keith and a crew of 2 guys dug 6 feet into the side walk, found the leak and had it all fixed. I hung out the guys all day, they are running a tight operation, and keep it positive the entire time. It seriously looked like they were changing a light bulb, they made what I know was a really difficult job look and feel easy. It really softened the blow of unexpected expense in the dead of winter.

Keith had a positive, can-do attitude. Keith put in full days. He and his crew were here when or before he said he'd be. They took precisely timed breaks and lunches. They worked on a Saturday. The job involved cutting through large root masses and hardpan clay. As I wanted to save the original sidewalk, Keith had to move and replace large sidewalk squares. Precast steps also had to be moved. In order to access the cellar, Keith had to fix a misaligned door lock. In addition, his crew painted a small area of bare wood behind the precast steps, and placed a barrier under the porch to keep out a skunk. The precast steps were replaced better than originally installed. The clean-up and reseeding of grass was so neat that no one would know I had sewer work done. Clean water comes into the house, and goes out by way of the new sewer line.

Keith was prompt and personable. He managed our expectations very well. He brought a small work group and they were all very professional.

I had a collapsed sewer line. Keith came in with his crew and performed a technical excavation in a tight area including excavating under my front porch with out any damage. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable. They worked hard and had a new sewer line and new water line installed and functional after just one day of work. I live in a neighborhood of older homes (just over 100 years old) and I would happily refer Keith to anyone with an issue similar to mine. The job took a total of a day and a half. They did a very nice job cleaning up my yard and my neighbors yard and put down new grass seed and cover. Keith really went above and beyond and even helped me replace a bad sewer cap inside my basement.
