Exceptional service and communication. Not only was the work done well, on-time, and at a reasonable price, the staff went above and beyond to get my project completed when it was being held up by NYSEG. And when there was a question about the final result, the manager (Ralph) left the office to look for himself. He quickly solved the problem (which turned out to be ignorance on my part). Ralph and the folks at Ross will be my first call for any electrical work in the future.

It was a mistake; we should have gone on servicing the generator ourselves.
Description of Work: We have a five-year old backup generator that runs on propane. We had always maintained it ourselves, but this year we decided to have an electrician to do the yearly maintenance on it, despite the fact that it was running fime. The electrician took about an hour to do the job, use no new parts other than oil and ar filters, etc., then told us that he couldn't give us the bill because the boss was on vaction and he didn't know what to charge. We got the bill yesterday for $325. I called Ross this morning to see if that was correct and they said it was. I think it is outrageous. I think $150 would be stiff for the work. I'll pay it but I will avoid them in the future.
