Working with Theresa was a very positive experience. As first time home buyers, we were nervous and unaware of many things in regards to buying a home, but Theresa was very patient and answered all of our questions. During a brief trip here to look for properties, she spent an entire day (on a weekend no less) with us to show us various properties, and familiarize us with the Syracuse area. She was very professional, courteous, and was no more than a phone call away at any given time. She gives her clients the feeling that they are her top priority. She provided recommendations for home inspectors and for an attorney, both of which were excellent. Overall, an excellent experience.
