Kevin impressed us with the fact that he listened to us and understood what we were looking for. He talked with us regularly and we exchanged numerous emails as we narrowed the homes of interest down. He has a wonderful sense of humor and that helped, especially during the stress of looking and then completing the inspections. He was readily available to take us out to see homes and returned our calls and emails. While walking through homes, Kevin was attentive and yet, gave us space and time to talk by ourselves. He never hurried us. We think that the most important and best part of Kevin is that he made us feel like we were the only people in the world looking for a home! In fact, it was a very busy time for him, and he had many others he was assisting in their search as well.
