He was very professional, taking pictures of the work he did and showing me, right away, in case I had any questions. He was very polite, and wanted to be sure I understood what he was doing. I would highly recommend him, and would use him again.

Brian was able to get someone to me very quickly and they did an outstanding job. I haven’t received a bill yet so I can’t comment on that but this is the second time I’ve hired him and I will do so again.

It was great. They arrived and were done in a couple of hours. They made the steps wider as I requested and cleaned up all the parts left. The stairs are great and my dogs are very grateful as it is easier for them to get down.

This is the second time we have had concrete work done by Brian and his crew (the first was a repair of the concrete apron in front of and under our garage doors, which is holding up very well). Brian is professional, straightforward and honest in pricing and his crew does excellent work. I would definitely hire them again for other projects.

Brian gave excellent advice on how to do all the maintenance work with the foundation myself and adding a dehumidifier instead of spending 10-20 thousand on waterproofing a basement that didn't need waterproofing. I highly recommend Brian as he is very honest and told me to call any time for more advice on any job free of cost.

Work was done well and quickly, and at the best price out of three quotes I received. While he was here, I asked if he had time to mount six new porch lights. He gladly did this as well, and for almost no additional charge.

He looked it over and all looked good. He was honest that the repair work wouldn’t be to hard for me to do. For what he would have to charge us i could get a good Dewalt combo drill kit and do the work myself. He gave me some guidance and didn’t charge us for anything. It was a great experience, he was honest, punctual and easy to talk with. Would definitely call on him again.

Brian and his crew were fantastic. They arrived on time and were knowledgeable, professional and neat in all the work they completed at my home. Brian responded immediately to our request for an appointment. Unfortunately, he was two hours late due to miserable weather. He looked at the things we wanted done, typed them into his tablet and sent excellent estimates if my neighbor and I wanted to split the cost, as well as individual estimates. He did say that because of all the rain he was running about 4-6weeks behind. His estimates of labor-only ran to the higher end. It was very easy to contact him by email; he or his wife returned an email within hours, if not minutes. Each inquiry as to when he might start was answered immediately. Brian called me when he got a cancellation, but unfortunately I didn't answer the phone in time. After 4 months of trying to align our schedules I decided to have him drop me from his waiting list. It's possible he was just over committed, given how the weather was holding up previously started projects.

I had Brian scheduled and then 2 days prior to the appointment my sump pump stopped working. I emailed him to see if he could add that to the appointment and he promptly agreed. Brian was able to fix the pump rather than replace it so it saved me time and money. Brian and his associate were polite and honest. I will definitely be using their services again.

Everything went very well. The crew showed up on time and got to work. They discovered a couple issues once things were torn out; these were addressed at minimal additional cost. The family room looks great and the repaired wall in the bedroom looks like there was never anything there, inside and out. We're very happy with the work and won't hesitate to call Brian again.

Seamless workers were on time had materials and knew what to do

Hired Brian thinking with all these great reviews that him and his crew were a bunch of stand up guys. Nope. They came early to our job due to someone cancelling but they informed us that the next day they were all pretty much going on vacation. Normally that would be no issue but once they were done we really saw how "great" their craftsmanship is. We agreed to have our washer and dryer being installed in our upstairs closet and for a side door to be installed into our garage. They arrived at 8am and Brian himself didn't leave until almost 8pm. Sounds good right? Nope. Jason informed us that the closet frame would look great after he was done and there would be no point to change it to a new trim. It looked horrible when he was done, he also cut a hole in our wood floor and left it there. On top of that one of the hoses still had plastic in it not allowing water to come up. They "fixed" our floor with a block and Jason told us that Brian himself would come back to repair the floor, he didn't someone from his team did. Almost 3 weeks later, good thing I had cardboard laying around to keep the machine from shaking. These idiots also some how screwed up our piping in the basement sending our hot water to the cold intake and cold to our hot, INSTEAD of fixing it they swap the tubes on the back of the machine. Our garage door was purchased after Brian said that we were supposed to get it ourselves which was not apart of deal but okay Brian. He purchased a door that we didn't want, we wanted a door with some sort of window since he replaced a window with the door and there is no light coming in the garage anymore. On top of all this when they brought our washer and dryer up day one they DAMAGED OUR WASHING MACHINE. And I hadd to help Brian put the dryer up on the bracket since all his guys left by time it was ready. But that wouldn't be the only time I had to help. I had to help move it a total of 3 times because these idiots don't know what they're doing. Brian then tells my sister that these brand new machines were damaged before he touched him bs. There is definitely a reason why this company is called "affordable solutions". They do horrible work, pictures will be coming later where you can see what this ******* and his team calls great work.

It was an excellent experience. Brian responded quickly and gave us a honest and reasonable quote for the work to be done. He was also honest about the timeline. Our deck now has stairs, is structurally sound looks better than we ever expected it to look again. The price was more affordable than any other quote we were given and we appreciated that he was willing to work with what was there and repair what needed to be repaired without having to replace everything. They did a fantastic job. Highly recommended'

It went well. Brian came out on 7/23 and looked at the damage. He had a tablet and input what needed to be done as he looked at everything, then went home and emailed me an estimate of $2895. Another contractor had come in with a lower bid, but I was more impressed with Brian's professionalism. The other contractor also did not provide a contract (he said he would write one up if I wanted - it seems like a given that a customer would want a contract, and it made me nervous that I would have to ask for one). Brian said he could do the work in August. Brian and three workers started work on 8/21. They found more damage to the walls and beams than had previously been seen, and I gave the OK to do whatever was necessary to fix the problem. Brian was here off and on, but the three workers seemed very capable on their own, and I think they did a good job. They were here from 8am-4pm on 8/21 and 8/22, then one worker came back on 8/23 to finish painting everything. On 8/24, the three workers came back to put my deck furniture and BBQ back on my deck. I received an amended invoice and the total was $4300. I was surprised that the price had increased that much, but the work done was good - and hopefully there will be no more leaks from my deck. I did receive a 10% senior discount on that amount.

Brian fit us in his schedule. They showed up on time with 3 men and they all went to work and got everything done in less then a day. The work was flawless and they were super neat. Very professional workers.
