Brian was excellent all around. He responded quickly and gave me an estimate without needing to come out to the house. He showed up on time, got the job done with no issues, and didn't make a mess. He made sure we were on the same page about where exactly I wanted the fan to go, and where to vent it out. He even helped solve a stripped-screw situation with the bathroom towel bar after finishing up with the fan. He did a great job with everything and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely use Brian in the future.

She was very pleased with the result. They installed a new entry into the bathroom, replaced the fixtures, and repaired rotting wall. She said they were professional and very accommodating and it looks great.

I love that Brian was here for all of the repair work, helping to do the work and also supervising his supporting staff. Brian is very ethical and I trust him to treat my home as he would treat his own. Bonus- As he was leaving Brian helped me light my gas fireplace!!! I will hire him again this spring for some exterior painting. Fantastic small business!

Love the the work done. They were very reliable. Here every morning same time until the job was done when promised. The guys are hard working and very trustworthy. Communication was great which is important to me also. Will hire them again for next home improvement.

It went good. Two gentlemen came out and Brian was very informative. They were honest. They don't say anything bad. They answered my questions. Showed me what they were doing. Very happy with them.

He showed up when he said he was gonna show up. No hassle. I would use them again. He is upfront and honest guy. He does the work the way he said he was gonna do it and when he was gonna do it.

Brian was very prompt providing an estimate, and was very upfront explaining it might be 2-3 months before his schedule would be open. We were pleased that his crew was able to perform the work earlier than expected due to a weather delay encountered on another project. Brian also recommended some corrective action we could take on our own that proved to be very effective (regrading soil level). Brian's crew treated our basement wall to kill existing mold, scraped the walls to remove old, loose parge, and applied new parge to resolve some puddling we were seeing along one wall. Unfortunately the new parge coat began peeling in some areas after about one month. Brian was extremely responsive when we reported the problem. The crew came back within a couple days and removed the loose parge and offered to reapply it. We elected instead to have the walls painted. The corrective work was done at no additional cost, and we are happy with the outcome. The crew also replaced an exterior storm door for $600. Brian and crew were extremely prompt and professional, and left the work site cleaner than when they arrived.

They did a beautiful job. The workers were pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. Brian is very good to work with.

Brian and his team were excellent. The job was done professionally and Brian was great at explaining what needed to be done. We did have to wait about 2 months to have the work performed because his schedule was so full but Brian was honest about that when he came out to do the initial free estimate. I would definitely recommend and use this company again

Initially said he was booked through following month, but squeezed us in on weekend due to some urgency with the work we needed performed.(repair to hole in foundation block) Gave us a reasonable quote for the work to be done. Had work completed in 2 days as stated while we were out of town. Did a great job and made sure the area was cleaned after leaving site. Would use him again for other work.

Excellent! We couldn't have asked for a company with a better work ethic. Brian and his crew were very professional, friendly, and punctual. They took pride in the work they were doing and the area was left neat and clean when they were done each day. The shutters were not originally part of the job but when we inquired about having it done; Brian told us he would have no problem adding it on to the 2nd day if we were able to obtain the shutters in time. Brian and his men were a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend them; We will also keep them in mind for any future work needed at our house since they do a variety of work. The deck and shutters look great! Thanks Brain!

It went fantastic, they first came to my house (on time and ready to work) and touched up my outside deck and replaced my deck stairs. I asked Brain if he would visit my daughter's deck by chance, to give an estimate and he was more than happy to. After giving my daughter a fair estimate, we decided to go ahead and trust Brian's expertise. That same day after touching up my deck, Brian and his crew tore up my daughter's deck and rebuilt her deck. They worked hard, they cleaned up and even placed deck furniture back on deck without me asking. They were honest and I 100% recommend them.

Brian was very responsive during a heatwave when we lost air conditioning upstairs. He explained the problem throughly, what it would take to correct, and was reasonably priced. He removed all refuse upon completion of the job, and followed up within 24 hours to address any further concerns we may have had. Brian was professional, thorough and clear in explaining the issues and was patient with our questions and responsive on a holiday to help address this situation. We highly recommend him for any household repairs you may have.

Great job. I am thrilled with the results. They did beautiful work, even having to build this project from scratch. This was not an easy job because, like many projects, unexpected issues turned up along the way. We had to wait a while for them to get started but once they started, they worked steadily until they were finished. They completed some tricky work in two weeks and made useful suggestions on how we might save some money and accomplish what we wanted. Throughout the process, Brian and his crew were courteous and professional. When Brian first came to give an estimate, he listened carefully and wrote down everything we wanted. The written estimate we received was in great detail, which made it easy for us to negotiate and communicate. They were fast and efficient and did high quality work. We would hire them again.

This was my first job with Brian. He arrived to talk about the work in the early morning, at a time best for ME. We had an in-depth discussion about what it involved. I was promptly emailed an official quote that evening. When the day came to have the window installed, Brian and his crew were at my home on time and immediately began work at 8am. I supplied the window and they handled literally everything else. There were no complications and the job was done well before I returned home from work. Aside from some sawdust in my driveway (and a new window) you would never know they were there. I was emailed an invoice the next day.
