Brian and his crew did amazing work getting several spaces in our home updated and functional, and really completing a long and varied to-do list! They got our finished basement remodeled following a sewage backup and remediation. They removed remaining carpet and replaced with luxury vinyl floor, hung clean drywall, and added finishes that hadn’t been there previously. The family room remodel involved removal of a LARGE brick mantle and hearth with a wood-burning fireplace insert, with removal of old carpeting and old trim. They hung fresh drywall, installed vinyl flooring and hung new doors; they recommended conserving a staircase by staining the wood steps to match the vinyl and it turned out PERFECTLY. We were so appreciative of their suggestions to reuse existing pieces where it made sense. They helped us repair a couple DIY light fixture installations that had gone wonky, AND identified and resolved a water issue that had caused damage coming through 2 stories of the house. They worked clean, the finishes are all beautiful, and most of all, they were willing to adjust the scope of their projects on the fly to ensure we were completely satisfied. We will be calling Brian again for another list of upgrades!

Brian’s crew and Brian arrived early in the morning where Brian showed the crew what had to be done. Then the crew of 3 men worked diligently throughout the day and completed the job in just one day. They did an excellent job and even an painted additional areas they found that needed addressing. We are moving and plan to use them if needed at our new home.

Brian is very professional, prompt and does excellent work. This is the second project he has helped me with and I will definitely call him again in the future.

The rainy weather earlier this May and June delayed the project. However, when the weather improved, Brian was able to start and complete the deck deck withing 5 days. Brian identified a problem on the first day with the lower deck where the decks boards placed so tightly together did not allow drainage. He had to do some remedial work to allow the drainage - an unexpected extra cost, but was needed. We were pleased with the end result and would definitely use him again.

My deck was replaced last year by a contractor who did a really bad job and left me with the town taking me to court for numerous violations. By the way that firm was well rated by Angie's List. I can't say who it was as my settlement with them bars me from disparagement. Brian rebuilt my deck. He changed his busy schedule to fit me in so that it would be done before my court appearance. It's now compliant. They did a very good job. The inspector even said so. When I say they it's really Brian and Kelly. Kelly is the first mate and plays a key part in the business. Their work meets the three goals: looks good, functions properly and meets the codes. In addition they pay all insurances and taxes. So they do all aspects right. In a word, you can count on them. I will most certainly use them again as they have my trust, regard and confidence. And lastly I just plain like them. They are a pleasure to deal with. If you want to hire the textbook Americana Mom and Pop business committed to doing things right, and they do the whole spectrum of work, go with Brian and Kelly. They really are the best.

The project went extremely well. Felix and Danny are superb workers and did an outstanding job. My wife and I are pleased with every aspect of the project. Brian, as always, is also great to work with. He really cares about his customers and providing quality work. I already have another project planned for him and also have a referral for him.

Brian and Kelly did fantastic work. He was honest and upfront about the repairs and continued to work them until they met high quality standards. Estimate was received in a timely manner. At the end of each day great care was taken to clean up the work area. Would definitely hire again and recommend to others.

The job went as planned. We did not want to rebuild at this time but the tub and shower (along with tile walls and floors) were removed and new wallboard and temporary flooring was put in place. Everything was done as we had discussed. The work site was very clean throughout and they were done in a day. Will definitely hire to finish the room when we are ready.

Brian came and upon inspection of existing gutters, informed us we'd be able to fix them ourselves with minimal work. He told us we should replace gutters when we do the roof, but for now, the couple touch ups he suggested will save us thousands. He seemed very knowledgeable not only about the gutters but also other random repair questions we had. We would definitely recommend calling him for any estimates you might need.

It was a pleasure, start to finish, to deal with Brian's Affordable Solutions. Brian's kitchen/bath renovation work is high quality in all aspects; he met every one of our requests, and made ongoing adjustments as the project progressed. In addition, Brian keeps in touch from the start; he and his staff show up on time, keep the worksite clean, make suggestions, and remain open to feedback and minor changes during the project. Brian and his staff are very knowledgeable, highly capable craftsmen and artisans who take great pride in the project's outcome; it was clear that they take the time to really strive to make the best results of the project for the customer. Brian's hard work, craftmanship and dependability made a big difference in our total satisfaction with the progress and outcome on this project--in spite of the occasional surprises that accompany this project work. In our delight at the end of the project, we happily paid the entire bill along with a tip for the extraordinary service, but we have managed to misplace the final billing invoice, so I will be calling Brian to send another copy at his convenience.

Due to rain and ice melt leaking in ,the wall was rotted. The window had to be removed, all of the rotted wood taken out ,the siding was taken off. New 2x4's were put in, new walls inside and out, the window framed in and siding replaced. I'm very satisfied with the work that was done and have already hired Affordable Solutions to do another project, Brian stands by the name of the company,not only does he get the job done, he works with you to make an affordable decision. (easy to get along with and on time)

The owner Brian came and gave me an estimate and time and day he would be there to do the work I found his estimate to be very reasonable. I also was very pleased with the work that was done. The company affordable solutions is very knowledgeable and reliable. I highly recommend this company for anyone that needs work done big or small.

We purchased a new refrigerator which was too tall for the kitchen space where it was supposed to go. The problem was a small kitchen cabinet attached to the ceiling that we needed reduced in height by about 1-inch. Considering the small amount of "extra" space (between the cabinet openings, the size of the doors and the trim there was not a lot of room to work with), they did an excellent job making the cabinet fit and to look good. I called them on December 31st (the day before New Year's) and they were at the house on January 2nd. This is the first time I have used Affordable Soutions by Brian and am impressed by their reliability and their workmanship. I will definitely be using them again.

Last second change of plans, we don’t need the work done now, changed our minds, keeping the house now! I want to add Brian(The Owner) is a class act in every way, you can’t go wrong hiring his company for your next project in your house!
