Brian is amazing! When we agreed to go with brian we let him know and he was working on it in less than a week. Throughout the whole process he let us know exactly what was happening. I would not hesitate to use brian again for any work we need done.

Brian came out and gave us an estimate, we discussed the job and I accepted the estimate. Then I tried to contact him many times by email and phone and he just stopped responding. So I wasted several weeks thinking he wanted to do the job when clearly he didn't. Very frustrating.

Brian was very easy to get a hold of. He was very responsive to texts, emails and phone calls. All correspondence was done directly with Brian. Scheduling was very easy and he was able to work within my schedule. The work itself was very well done. Brian performed the initial inspection and provided the quote. Prior to the day of the work, Brian inspected the area and brought the carpeting. He had a two-man team that performed the work. They were very professional in getting the work done. The crew communicated very well in terms of what was being done, communicating their presence and asking for clarifications while performing work. Following completion of the work, Brian came back to inspect the work and verify that everything was performed as expected. Overall, it was a very good experience.

We had no work done, so I cannot comment on quality of work.. Brian was excellent in responding to my calls, answering my questions, and working with my schedule to come over for an estimate. His estimate was fair and reasonably priced. He throughly explained how estmate may change once work began, what would be added if we wanted to change a few things, and was great. He responded to my emails and calls as we went through the process. He was great in understanding that our situation changed, and willing to work with us to schedule in the future. WE WILL DEFINATELY HIRE BRIAN WHEN IT COMES TIME FOR OUR PROJECT.

The work went very fast. I was expecting a border around the perimeter of the floor to disguise the board ends, and the workers said they weren't accustomed to doing that. They got Brian on the phone, and he left another job to get the needed trim materials. I felt like a pain in the neck, but he insisted that I should be happy with the job. I am very happy with the new decking and stairs.

Brian and his workers were punctual, courteous, and clean. They did a thorough job for a fair price. The work took a little longer than expected, but it's an old house, and they ran into some unexpected problems with the plumbing and electrical. They fixed what needed to be fixed without charging me extra, and even worked on Saturday to try to get the job done on time.

A+ service! Brian took one look at the problem and knew exactly what to do! Brian's "can do" attitude and professionalism is why I gave him an Excellent rating. I will definitely call him again.

Brian and his crew were very professional. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job quickly. I was satisfied with how it came out and when a few minor problems cropped up (example: one of the lights they repaired quit working again) they came back and fixed it within a few days. Brian was very pleasant to deal with and I would hire him again.

Brian arrived first thing in the morning and began work immediately. He was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. Both the new window and molding look great! I always ask a lot of questions, and Brian answered them all fully and patiently. We will DEFINITELY be using Affordable Solutions by Brian again!!!!!

Everything went as planned. I received a quote for the job. They came on time, completed all the jobs, were polite and very neat. They respected my home and were very careful.

The work was completed quickly and proficiently. Brian and his team are good guys who are knowledgable and helpful. We had very bad damage to our property but they knew what the problems were and took care of them efficiently. I would hire Brian again (and I have). He's our go-to for all future work on our home.

Brian responded to my call within 24 hours. When I indicated that I was under a time constraint to get the estimate, Brian looked over the deck and gave me a detailed and thorough estimate within 48 hours.

Well, it wasn't the greatest time for a project, especially one outdoors. BUT, no problem for Brian. Despite having to shovel out in order to even get to the broken mailbox, it was done ASAP! On top of that, I was only charged a minimal amount! Honestly, I wish I had more things that needed to be fixed because I'd hire Affordable Solutions by Brian any time!

It went better than I could have asked for. It was a day after a big snow storm I was having trouble getting someone to come repair the meter box and corresponding cables at our church building, but Brian promptly responded and did a great job on the repair with a very efficient and professional job at a very reasonable price.

I was out of town when the incident occurred so all I had were photos the tenant sent. I forwarded them to Brian and he quickly provided an estimate. After speaking to the insurance company I asked Brian to go ahead and make the repair. He got on the job immediately, finished and sent the bill to the insurance company. Made it very easy on me while I was out of town. This is the second time I've hired Brian and would not hesitate to do so again. ( See my 12/2014 review.)

It went amazingly! There were some issues that arose during the process that were strictly having to do with how old our house is, and Brian and his crew reacted to them swiftly and with great care. He also made a point of accommodating us around a busy time in his year, right before he was going on vacation, because I was pregnant and due any day, and needed these updates ASAP.

Brian and his crew were actually able to start our project a little ahead of schedule. Our house was built in the early 1900's and very little is level or straight as far as the walls and ceilings are concerned. After they finished hanging the Sheetrock and taping and muddying, the upstairs looked like a new home. We have a master bath/bedroom job next and "Affordable Solutions by Brian" will be doing the work.
