Response from Affordable Solutions by Brian
Well member for starters all I can say is Y. Why is it after 8 months you put a review. A review that is 5% accurate. Why did you not say anything until now. Lets start with telling the story correct. First yes I did have to come twice to look at job not several. I was originally called to look at a mold issue on an interior house wall so I was not prepared to get on the roof. Sorry about that. Then you were adamant that the roof was fine as you had a family member do the porch roof and I could not find a cause of the mold. Then on the second trip I was able to show you that the roof pitches back towards the house. So there's your so called several trips. Now lets discuss the job. We would never charge you to remove shingles when we had to add ripped studs to the roof and re plywood it. As it was I felt sorry for you with your sob story of financial hardships, there's no way I would add an unnecessary step with the low, low, low price I gave you. Now that's not all we did for the 1200.00$. We also removed the moldy sheetrock, bad insulation and also removed a rotted stud and replaced it. We also replaced removed items with new and finished the sheetrock to paint ready. Now that's not all, remember we also painted the repaired areas for you. Hold up remember we also fixed your cobbed up dryer vent and the window you had it going out. Now this is an accurate recall of your job. It appears the only thing you can recall on this job is the price. In my opinion I think most members would say please give me that deal. I do know you taught me a valuable lesson. Give people your price and if they cry about the price give them the option to go to Craigslist or the fellow down the road. People that continually remind you that they can't afford much, sometimes can, and always want way more than they are ever going to pay for. I hope this helps clear your mind of our experience and you realize the HUGE injustice you have done. Thank you Brian
