First of all He did not abide by the contract. Never shown up on time. Made mistake and he did not correct the mistake that he made. Very unprofessional. We don't feel secured about his behaviour.The Job was already paid 100%

Everything was perfect from the estimate to completion. We are looking to have them back to add to our backyard.

Very Well! Shane and his crew were very professional. Price was very fair and the Installation went quick. The crew cleaned up at the end of each day. Highly recommend using Royal Stone. Very pleasing to talk to and deal with. Would use them in the future on other projects.

Work was completed on time as promised. Very satisfied with work. Also added request for patching in a couple of spots done for no additional charge

The whole process from beginning to end was completely seamless thanks to Shane and his reliable crew. They showed up every single day at the same time and worked vigorously to complete this massive job. There was also never a time that he didnt make himself available for us. Shane was the only one who came with a vision my husband and I could never have dreamed of. He truly gave us our very own backyard oasis. Not only is it gorgeous, but its solid, and the workmanship is meticulous. He now has a customer for life.

The work done by Shane and the crew at Royal Stone and Masonry was exceptional. There was not one aspect of the job I feel I could change for the better. I got several estimates and Royal's price was the best. The job took a week just like Shane told me it would before he started. The crew left my property as neat as they could during all stages of construction. Many of my neighbor's tell me how great the job looks. More importantly, I think it looks perfect. I would recommend Royal Stone and Masonry to anyone interested in any form of mason work.

Shane from royal stone and masonry is absolutely the BEST!! He puts out a great product hes a perfectionist and critiques his own work more then consumers do. He takes the time to make sure you’re happy with what you want before he does it and after the projects are complete he takes the tome to hear you out to make sure you’re satisfied with the work that has been done... long story short I’ve never met any contractor that has been more loyal and dedicated to serving his customers more then Shane.
