First off, the guys that came to do the work were amazing. They did a great job, advised me of gaps that would be under the gate, I was made aware and understood. I am going to try and resolve those myself. While they are working, they utilize the water and electric of the homeowner. They blew a circuit from one of my outdoor outlets. It ended up blowing out one of my breakers and I had to call an electrician to fix it. The owner/mgr called to ask how the job was and I gave praise for the work and just advised that I had to call an electrician. I explained it cost about $175 to fix and that the electrician said the breakers were old but it was probably something that short-circuited. In the receipt he even stated there was heavy water damage in the panel, which obviously happened before I bought the house. I never had a flood. I use computers all day since I work from home. I also have window air conditioners, washer, dryer, etc. I have had get togethers and used that same outside outlet multiple times. Never had an issue. Jay from Priority Fence immediately got on the defensive and basically berated me for having an 'old decrepit' electric panel. I explained I have been here for 5 years and never had an issue. All I did was what he asked and that was to explain how the job went. I don't need to be spoken to like I personally destroyed the electric panel and am blaming his company for a blown breaker. It was working before they used it, and it wasn't while they were working. That's it. These companies seem to forget the basics of customer service and speaking to customers that paid almost $10K in hard earned cash with some sort of dignity and respect. All he had to say was, "I'm sorry, if the damage is due to negligence of my workers, we will take responsibility. By allowing us to use your utilities, you agree that any damages are your responsibility." That's it! I would have understood. $175 out of a $10K isn't a deal breaker for either parties. I didn't demand for them to pay the bill and I wasn't upset. I was actually so happy that my yard is now fully fenced in and my dogs can run around with me fearing they might escape. Yelling at and making a customer feel like crap is not the way to treat anyone, especially if they aren't complaining or angry. I had recommended them for a friend that has an acre of land that needed a fence. That unfortunately changes. It's not about the money, it's just about speaking correctly to customers.

Hiring Priority Fence to do my fence job was one of the best decisions I have made. This company was knowledgeable and the process from start to finish was a pleasant experience. I would absolutely use Priority Fence again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone looking for Fence.

As a first time home owner looking to install a fence around my huge 1/3 acre backyard, I was very nervous about choosing the right company to work with. I had read and heard horror stories of improperly installed fences, cheap materials, bad customer service, etc. so I knew I had to be careful who I chose to work with. I read every single review online across multiple sites, of the companies that I considered hiring. I also researched extensively on how to properly install fences and fence accessories so I could make sure whoever I hired did the job correctly. After a ton of research and estimates from 3 companies, I decided to go with Priority Fence and I am so glad I did. Their price was very fair compared to the other companies and they were very honest about what they could do and how they would do it. I am extremely happy with my decision because my fence turned out beautifully! They use great material - 100% virgin PVC made in the USA, their in-house installation team (they do not contract out) was on time, polite, and extremely hardworking even in 95 degree heat! They diligently installed everything the correct way and did not take easy shortcuts. I was very specific about what I wanted to achieve and what my concerns were - and they did everything I asked for even though it couldn't have been easy. In one area, they had to literally squeeze in between my neighbor's chain link and my grape arbor. I have multiple trees and tree/bush roots along the property line and they still managed to keep the fence all inside my property even though it meant removing some thick roots. My property is on a hill and they did an excellent job keeping the fence straight while still keeping the fence poles secure and solid. They are also great with customer service - they were very patient with me through all of my questions and explained everything very thoroughly. Tommy, Jason, Wilmar and team - the fence has truly added value to my home and I have you guys to thank for that!! Thank you so much!!

Very well. I reached out to them via email on Wednesday evening and they contacted me first thing Thursday morning. I had a crew at my home later that day - two very professional and competent gentlemen. They assessed the problem and had the gate hanging properly within 15 minutes of their arrival. I could not have asked for more. Best of all, I was not charged for the repair.

I was delighted with the outcome. The installers arrived on time and went right to work. They were respectful, highly professional and got the job done. I have gotten many compliments on their workmanship and I'm thrilled with how the property looks!

Our new fence looks so beautiful!! This is the 3rd time we have used Priority Fence and they always do an AWESOME job. Jason stopped by the morning of the installation and followed up the next morning with a telephone call. His staff did an excellent job from start to finish.

It went excellent. Courteous, timely, neat and they did an excellent job. They were responsive to my concerns. I have a small dog and they made sure there were no spaces for her to get out. Fence posts were filled with concrete to make very strong gates. The fence looks fantastic. A follow up call the next day was a nice finishing touch.

Everything went excellently. From the showroom to the installation everything was A+. While the work was being done they were even able to accommodate us with the additional work that we decided to do on the other side of the house. Great efficient no nonsense service. Explained to Tommy the manager what I was looking for, he understood completely offered a fair price. Work was completed in less than a week. The Job was done quickly and more importantly cleanly. Thanks Priority Fence for the great service.

Very smoothly workers arrived at designated time removed old fence and installed new one in a timely fashion. Tommy followed up the next day to establish whether we were satisfied with service and addressed any concerns.

I called 4 fence contractor's and by far Priority fence was the lowest. They installed 148 of white PVC fencing for $3,100. A crew of three came, took down the old wooden fence and installed new one under 4 hours overall.

This provider put in the PVC fence that is on one side of my property and they did great work. I wanted to have the other side of my yard fenced in PVC. I would have had this provider continue with the fencing of the yard but they were not able to match the existing PVC fencing I already had. Another company was used that had a closer color match.

Jason, the owner, came to my home to personally give me an estimate. I am impressed with his professionalism and customer service skills. Nelson and Jose arrived this morning exactly at the time that was set and the work they did was exceptional in every way down to the way each nail was put in! They were friendly and polite. The price was significantly lower than other estimates I received from contractors listed on Angie's List. My neighbor came over to see the work and he is now getting an estimate from Priority Fence for his property. Call these people ... you will be very glad you did!

They were fine. Their prices stood out for me. It was better than everybody else.
