lou was on time, neat, did a fine job power washing, sanding and staining our old deck. He replaced a rotted potion of decking at no extra cost as well as other extras at no cost or minimum and extremely fair prices. I highly recommend LB Maintenance.

From start to finish, it was a pleasure dealing with Lou. He responded right away to my inquiry regarding my deck . The deck needed to be cleaned, repaired and stained. Lou discussed the best options with me, he was very patient & answered all of my questions. We set up a date so that the work would be finished for Memorial Day, even though there were some issues with rain, Lou made sure everything was done on time. The deck came out BEAUTIFUL. Lou did a deck repair for us. One fifth the price of replacing the deck and it looks great. He stripped out the rotted wood, fixed the sub-structure, put in new boards where needed, painted with a wood stain. Very professional, courteous, friendly.
