"I am sorry you had an unpleasant experience, we strive for customer satisfaction on all of our jobs. We never give our customers an hourly appointment since you can never know how long we will be at the appointments before you or what traffic will be like. When we confirmed your appointment the day before, we did tell you that you were his second call of the day and that they start at 8 am. He arrived at your house at 9:44 am and called you when he was on his way to let you know he was headed there. The technician that arrived at your house always receives very good feedback from our customers. I am sorry that you did not received the same experience that all of our other customers receive. We have been in business over 25 years and have thousands of repeat customers that use us year after year. I have spoken to the technician and made him aware of your comments to assure that this will not happen again. He is a kind, hard-working, honest employee who has been with us for years.
