After countless calls to companies that either never called back or abruptly stated, "We no longer service the Hamptons", by Divine Intervention I found Brookhaven Irrigation on Facebook. Based on the confidence their Facebook posts provided, I called. From my initial "welcome" from Kerry to their staff finishing and leaving, this was one of those rare exceptional experiences. Not only were they precise, informative and true to their word, the entire staff are just fabulous and fun!! I had done quite a bit of 'googling' and was so pleasantly surprised at the price and was even provided 3 pricing options. TJ, the sales and project manager arrived exactly as scheduled and also sent 2 text messages with his status and estimated arrival time. In Hamptons traffic, that is a miracle! He was extremely knowledgeable and the entire process was so coordinated and consice, he was gone in no time. The scheduling was a breeze and the installation day was as scheduled with pre-arrival texts and an exemplary professional crew. The installation manager, Andrew was fantastic and could have not been more effective and informative. The staff was professional and concentrated on their tasks rather than the usual work between texting!! Such a rare and refreshing experience resulting in a smile on my face every time I see the sprinklers on!! Such a difference in my lawn immediately!! Such a rare 'treat', I was actually hesistant they were legit!! (wink!!)

+ -1 moreEverything seemed fine until job was completed. Agreed and paid to have pipe laid down to driveway gates for future electric installation for gates and lights. Pipe was only laid to one side and when inquiry was made to why because that made no logical sense, through their secretary, we were told that the other side would now be extra. Extremely unprofessional and will not be recommending to anyone.

+ -1 moreIt took him a half hour to do everything and position the head. After it was all done tested location of sprinkler head and it was hitting the location that was getting burned by sun etc. guy was nice and professional and would recommend him to anyone with any sprinkler system issues.
Description of Work: I had them move a sprinkler head out to front of tree its was installed by. Some clown that installed the system originally did not install head in correct location and was just watering the tree trunk and not hitting the lawn.

+ -1 moreI would have liked to use them to service my sprinkler system, but it was too much money. I am on a fixed income & I have to watch every dollar, going rate is $10 per zone, turn on service should be $40 dollars. In 8+ years of using my previous sprinkler guy, he never spent more than 15 minutes here unless it involved a repair, which understandably increased the cost.
