Great! They cleaned the entire first floor of a large house after a kitchen remodel and the contract left dust all over the first floor, cabinets, stairs, radiators, built in bookcase.... you get the idea. Dust everywhere. In 3.5 hours the first floor, which was empty, was move in ready and you could throw a party and not worry what your guest might think. All the surfaces where dust free and clean to the eye and running your hand over any surface came up clean! I would hire this company again.

He was right on time . Cleaned gutters and flushed downspouts. He cleaned everything up before he left. Was professional . I would use him again.

We hired Picture Perfect Cleaning to do a deep clean of our new house before we moved in. It's a very old house -- over a hundred years old -- so we really wanted to get someone who would do a great job (old houses tend to cling to dirt and grime, and often have a few surprises). After hunting around online I found Joshua and Picture Perfect. We gave them a shot. They were very responsive in scheduling the cleaning. It's awesome that you can call 24/7. The day of our appointment, his crew arrived about 10 minutes late (they'd mistakenly gone to the wrong address) but they were very pleasant and got right to work. They bring all the cleaning supplies and a truck. I loved that they took the time to ask questions about not just what we wanted done, but HOW we wanted it done (e.g., we have two cats so we wanted safe products used). After I pointed out a pretty nasty stain in the dishwasher, they took care of that too. AND they did the bathtub. Like new! Overall, they were very thorough and detail-oriented. Joshua caught things that I never would've thought of, and took the time to clean out things like vents, get all the dust off the blinds, do all the doors and trim, etc. You can tell that he takes pride in his work and takes it seriously. I'll definitely use Picture Perfect again!
