Ken's Drywall and Repairs

Work was good and timely. Cleanup and attention to pass-thru areas was poor (tracking dirt in with no concern for damage or soiling of rugs etc.)

Ken was very prompt, friendly, and highly efficient. He clearly explained the work that needed to be done for my renovation and set clear time frames and expectations. His prices were very reasonable and his work was high quality. I originally had (painted over) wood paneling on the walls and particle board tiles on the ceiling throughout the second floor of my house. The dry wall installation beautifully transformed my old house into a modern living space. Ken goes above and beyond and I highly recommend him. I will also use him again for future projects.

Ken was prompt, professional and did an outstanding job. We had tiles on a plaster ceiling and after removing the tiles discovered the ceiling was in very bad shape. After installing the drywall it looks like a ceiling should. He also did repairs on the walls.

I had a thickly textured ceiling and a textured wall. Ken scraped it off and smoothed them out. It looks beautiful and so much brighter and cleaner. He did a excellent Job! He also did plaster repairs in two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each of those jobs turned out beautiful as well. He knows his job. He was punctual and efficient and pleasant to work with. He is very professional. I would highly recommend him.

Ken was professional, on time and reliable. His repairs to our ceiling was excellent. We were not home when he finished the job and a few days later he called us to make sure that we were satisfied with his work...He stand by what he does!!!

As my husband said, Ken is a craftsman. His work is very smooth and professional. In addition, in the area he was working we had removed a woodstove and the pipe was still hanging down from the ceiling. Without being asked, Ken figured out how to get rid of the pipe and patched the ceiling so you wouldn't even know there had been a hole there. He also patched a few other cracks in our ceiling. He left things very neat and swept after he finished. We are very satisfied with the very professional results Ken provided. In addition he was friendly and easy to work with.

Ken is fantastic! We are doing a major remodel and the job ended up bigger than we or Ken anticipated. He moved things around in his schedule to fit us in earlier than planned which kept our overall project on track. We had many challenges--different ceiling heights that had to flow together, different depth drywall where we opened up two rooms to make them one, etc. He came back many times until everything came together just right. His price was very reasonable, especially for the scale of the project. We plan to hire him again for our basement remodel. Thanks again Ken!

Ken was great. He noticed fixes in other rooms of the house that we had not planned to work on, and his attitude was: "I can fix that, as long as I'm here." We will be having him back to do interior painting of the drywall damaged areas he fixed and perhaps some other room walls.

Ken was very pleasant and professional. He listened carefully to my needs and offered some great suggestions , saving time and money. He offered suggestions for me to complete the finish work (paint) and cleaned up after himself before he left. I'd use Ken's service again.

Ken was fantastic at his work and a very nice guy. Not only did he fix my drywall, but he painted my family room and will come back to re-surface my kitchen ceiling which suffered water damage.He does very good work and is very reasonable. I had a bathroom that was severely damaged when wallpaper was removed and now it looks like new. He's already saved me a bundle of money. I would recommend him to anyone.

I HIGHLY recommend Ken! He did an amazing job with my repairs saved me a ton of money was open and honest about what NEEDED to be done and what didn't! He's DEFINATELY not put just to take your money and was very easy to deal with and has very reasonable prices!! He's has a great personality you just have to love! This is my first project with HomeAdvisor and I am very satisfied, Ken called me within an hour of my request. We scheduled the estimate and he showed up right on time. He explained the materials and procedures he would use and offered a very fair price. We were able to schedule for a week later when Ken once again arrived right on time. The work was done skillfully and quickly and Ken proved to be an interesting companion to chat with between coats. My ceiling looks great and there was no dusty mess left behind. Good work at a good price by a good guy....and that's why I'm satisfied.
