Perfect! I was contacted by email the same day that I requested the quote and it was a Sat. They were able to come on Monday morning to move the loveseat. The guys who came were courteous, capable and efficient. I would highly recommend Highline movers to my closest friends!

Cory and Austin were very efficient in their job as well as being polite. The move went well. Was surprised that Highliner Moving Delivery & Storage charged me for transit time when I was not advised of this when I placed order with them (John). We wound up splitting the difference

The owner provided a professional, accurate, fair, and timely estimate. We ended up hiring 4 movers and 2 trucks for the job. The movers arrived on time and worked steadily throughout the day with very few breaks; they were all respectful and helpful. The movers handled the larger items with care, including removing doors from hinges when needed. We give Quality a "B" due to the tendency of the movers to favor speed over care: a couple of smaller items were damaged and at one point a whole pile of boxes fell over while on the truck (we had a lot of boxes). They otherwise got the job done professionally and with no other surprises.

Because of one or two less-than-happy reviews I read, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I went along with the majority who seem to be pleased with the services provided by this company and hired them to move the contents of a home office from a basement room to the first floor, and move a few items into the room just vacated. We got two of the greatest movers we have ever experienced with the many moves we have made over the years. Two nice, pleasant, articulate guys who showed up a few minutes early, worked like a real team, didn't drop anything or bump anything or break anything. They were very respectful of our furnishings, which included a very heavy desk and credenza that had to be carried up one flight of stairs. They expressed their gratitude that we had taken the time to empty all the drawers and shelves, etc., which a lot of people apparently don't do. I budgeted for an hour or possibly two to complete the work. They were done in about 15 minutes. Assuming that all of this company's workers are at least as good as these two guys, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking to move around the area, long-distance or -- like us -- just need a few things moved around the house.

Went well, there was an additional 30 minute charge for the drive to the new location which was strange since the service was charged by the hour including the truck.

Great. Hardworking, polite and never slowed down. Would hire them again, but don’t plan on moving soon. They accommodated every request. No swearing or rude behavior. I never felt they were trying to pad the time or anything sneaky.

Their fees were comparable to other companies, but being in the area their travel charge was minimal. They packed everything and delivered it a bit below the estimated time. No damaged items. 3 guys were used and all worked continually throughout. Everyone was pleasant and respectful through the process despite some evil exercise equipment I'm sure wasn't easy to move. This is the second time our family has used them (one out of state move and one local move) and I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

POOR SERVICE, BROKEN ELECTRONICS AND THREATENING STAFF!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! I have moved with this company 4 times. I have referred many friends to them. I have spent thousands and sent them A LOT of repeated business. The first 3 experiences were uneventful and great service was provided by the men who came to move us. Unfortunately, during the 4th move I was quoted an amount WAY under what i was asked to pay when the move was over. The belongings i had that took 3 hours to move the previous 3 times, took 7.5 hours this time and there weren't any difficult stairs or obstacles to create such an increase in time. The men who came to move me this time were simply slow, lazy, inefficient and did nothing by complain about how much they HATE their job and BOSS the entire time. They also advised me that because of an error in scheduling my move, the wrong size truck was sent and two trips would be required. On all 3 previous moves, only one trip was required. I haven't acquired anything of great size since the last time I used this company. The movers also took an hour and half lunch break then added an hour of that time into the "move time" to unassumingly hide that from their boss. This time, some of my electronics were damaged in the move and that's where things took an even uglier turn. The day after the move, i plugged in a TV and electronic keyboard to find they were broken. The flat screen TV no longer displays a picture, only sound and 3 keys on the keyboard were lifted and bent, thus they no longer play. I called Highline the monday after my Saturday move to see what was to be done about my broken items. I called FOUR times in 2 days asking to speak to the owner. I was not called back so a stop payment was issued on the check I wrote, to ensure someone would contact me. Rather than calling to see what could be done to resolve this, a voicemail was left for me by a woman named Emily, threatening to "take this further" if I didn't re-issue a check. When I called her to discuss the matter, I was verbally attacked by this Emily character, told to "come down there and fight with her in person" then eventually she swore at me, saying "**** you" before throwing a fit and hanging up. After hanging up, she then began texting my cell phone, continuing to verbally attack me and basically imply I was some sort of non-paying scum. I was told I "should have bought insurance". I didn't know you could buy insurance for moving??? This sounds made up so I'm still not sure that's even a thing. I was further told that since I refused to send photos of the damage that they couldn't help fix this. When I asked how they expected me to show them photos of the lack of a picture on a TV screen or the lack of sound from a keyboard, the conversation was re-routed to how I'm clearly trying to get out of paying them. I asked her repeatedly to stop contacting me, told her I was represented by an attorney and that she needed to stop contacting me directly. She continued to text me until I mentioned I was considering calling the police to report the threats she'd made over the phone and the harassment that was occurring via text. She replied again telling me to "go ahead and call the cops" and finally I seem to be rid of her text messages. My belongings remain broken and the matter remains unresolved. The total cost of the damages comes to about $18 more than the cost of the move, ($418) therefore I have no intentions of re-issuing them a check to replace the one I stopped payment on. I do however intend to file complaints with the BBB and Attorney General's office and perhaps with the sheriff's department. After all, these people know where I live and the comments made on the phone have left me quite unsettled.

Estimate was given for 2 guys and a truck and approximately 4 hours. But it was underestimated. When the 2 guys arrived they instantly knew that estimate was not correct. They were good, professional and moved all the stuff as instructed. Also they informed when they were taking breaks and that I'd not be charged for those. They put the stuff at the directed places and nothing was broken or mishandled. I'd hire them again, but will rely on estimate from other mover.

They did a great job. Arrived when they said they were going to, handled our furnishings with care and ended up finishing in less time than expected.

They were helpful to assist the owner with additional packing needed.

Excellent...the gentlemen who came were courteous, took care that my belongings were moved carefully, and packed/unpacked my belongings with precision.

These guys were amazing. The were on time, super professional the entire time they were there. They treated our stuff like it were theirs. They were very efficient and have amazing skills at packing stuff. They protected all of our furniture in the truck. There is nothing I can say bad about these guys. We WILL be using them again in a couple months when our new home is built.

They responded quickly to my request, though I had to contact them for confirmation the day before the move. The 2 guys showed up on time, were friendly and did good work. They didn't seem to have an established process of booking customers and there were some details that could have been clarified before the work, but overall I was happy with the work. It's always a relief to find honest people when you just move to a new town.

Very well. There were three movers. They showed up on time, were respectful, and moved sensitive photography equipment carefully. Hardworking, careful, and thorough. The job took a bit longer than anticipated but the price was very reasonable.

Everyone was extremely professional. There were no hidden costs, no minimum number of hours and the two guys who moved us were very fast and efficient. The price we were quoted was the price we paid. Highly recommend this company.

Perfect! The two young men were punctual, efficient, professional and courteous. Not one minute of time was wasted. They took great care with the furniture that needed to be moved between Fairport, Walworth and Webster. Highline Moving Delivery and Storage will always be my first and only call from now on. Will also call them when we replace our flooring and need assistance moving furniture around.

Adam and Scott arrived a little early, carefully packed up items from the apartment, and placed heavy items we did not want on the curb. Then they switched the master bedroom and a study/guest room in the house, moved older furniture to the garage, and moved in the furniture from the apartment. My house is fairly small with a narrow L-shaped hallway, so this involved moving furniture into the living room sometimes, while they cleared out the room it was going into. I also asked for help moving furniture out to plug in cords, because of a bad back. They were courteous, careful with the furniture, responsive to any requests, and left the house looking great. I would recommend them highly. They were also able to schedule the job on short notice.
