+ 0 moreThere was damage where this company's snow plow dug up a large chunk of our lawn and dumped it on the other side of our driveway. We called Mike and asked when he was coming to repair our lawn. NO RESPONSE. Called again. Text. Text again. NO RESPONSE. I had to pick up the dirt and stones that he left. Finally after SEVERAL PHONE CALLS AND TEXTS, we get "I'm out doing repairs and yours will be done today". That was over a month ago. MORE PHONE CALLS. MORE TEXTS. Responds with "I just got back in town. It'll be completed by tomorrow. TOMORROW CAME AND WENT. "I am currently on a job and I'll make sure I get that done before the start of Monday." MONDAY CAME AND WENT. PHONE CALLS AND TEXTS AGAIN WITH ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. Horrible customer service for a company that was paid more than enough. He only had to plow our driveway maybe 1-2 times the whole season and can't even come to repair the damage he caused to our yard!!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY/GUY (Mike Little). He'll take your money, but won't do the job you need completed or respond to phone calls or texts.!
