My fiance and I had a wonderful experience with Paul and Elkannah inspecting our new home. They are both incredibly knowledgeable professionals and they take their time to point out all details, both beneficial and causes for concern. We are purchasing an 1800s home and wanted a meticulous and experienced inspection process since each home is so variable. They even recommended maintenance schedules and wrote down terms or items to help us in further research. Their expertise and notes throughout the property were invaluable! Paul came highly recommended.When setting appointment he was polite and courteous. He asked my wife and I to show up with questions and a note pad and explained it could take 2-3 hours. He made the whole experience easy on us as we are first time home buyers. On time and cheerful, he pointed out the great things about the house and the not so great things.He made sure we understood what needed to be done whether it was a little bit of caulk, removing shrubs or major work. Unfortunately, the home was a lot more then we bargained for. He gave us rough estimates as to what we were looking at for repair costs. We decided at the half way point that the work was too much and we stopped the inspection. He was more then understanding and even returned some of the inspection cost. We were shocked as he didn't need to do that. He's an honest man and was an absolute pleasure to do business with. He gave us a detailed report at the end and I will recommend Paul to everyone. Inspectors's were on time, very thorough. Provided detailed report with findings, suggestions for needed maintenance and improvements. Were knowledgeable and happy to answer all my questions and encouraged me to call anytime with questions, need for advice, etc.
