Clean Your Carpets, Inc has been know to us for many years. They have performed excellent service everytime we hired them. This time they cleaned upholstery on three pieces of furniture. It looks brand new. We are always very pleased with Clean Your Carpets!

This is the first time we had carpets cleaned by Clean Your Carpets, and they were great. They came when they said they'd come, they called me first to let me know when they'd arrive, they gave me excellent instructions for how to prepare for their visit, and the carpets look great.

I was contacted right away, Gentleman was knowledgeable and nice. The gentleman that showed up to my house were professional. My only complaint is that they charge by the square footage for three rooms I had completed, Living room, Den and Dining Room. With this being said they did not move my couch (Sectional in one room, three persons in another room) recliner and TV Stand. I had removed everything else from plants, decor, tables, lovesac, fireplace equipment etc. I Feel I paid for three entire rooms to be cleaned that were not due to them not cleaning under furniture.

Quality service! Did a great job with a family rug and with the carpet in our bonus room. Will definitely use again!
