The technicians were professional and courteous. The total cost was a lot more than I expected as no baseline price had been quoted. There was water left on the foyer floor and dirt in the kitchen sink when they left. The carpets do look bright and clean so, overall, I am satisfied with the job done.

This company only does grout cleaning and sealing, not any repairs. So in our case the before and after picture of our master bath shower looked basically the same. In the process of cleaning our tile flooring in the powder room and mud room, the very nice guys did not protect our hardwood floors between the two areas. They rolled in their big blue machine and damaged the hardwood flooring (ironic, because hardwood flooring is another of their specialties). The machine left tracks on our flooring, and the guys' little booties dragged around sealant from the tile onto the hardwood. This made a nice mess for my husband and me to clean up after we noticed it in bright light. Why didn't I call them back to do the cleanup? Why would I invite the guys who made the mess to clean it up!

They were on time,and very professional.They did the best they could with the rugs we had cleaned. The carpeting looked much better after they're cleaning, than other services we have used in the past.Clean your carpets. inc are on the upper end price wise, but worth the extra if you want the rugs to look the best they can.We wanted the best we could get and received that.

Haven't completed work estimated 1-2 weeks . At 2+ weeks not sure if they can complete in 3 1/2 weeks. Plus sending overdue notice for balance when they claim they haven't started work yet. Will have to fairly rate work when we get the rug back. Hard to believe they have been in business for 40 years.

When I spoke to Tim and ask for an estimate of what it would cost me after telling him what I would like done, he said they start at $173. it actually was $558. Taking into consideration that it would be probably be a little more than that, I was in shock when the guys said it would be $558. My husband said that Tim quoted a price of $173. the guys here to actually do the work told us that Tim tells everybody that amount $173-$175. We are on Social Security and figuring it would be more and closer to probably $250. you can imagine how we felt and we figured we could squeeze about $250. into our budget. We never expected it to be over $500. I feel Tim just quoted us $173 to get our business even though he knew all along pretty much how much we would end up paying. When I tried to leave a review regarding this issue I was blocked from leaving the review. I don't consider this good business and I would not recommend his business to anyone.

Tim and his crew have cleaned the carpet in our home. They protected the furniture and did a great job cleaning the carpet. They also were hired to dry out a flooded basement. They were able to save the carpet and get everything bone dry. We were so happy with their work and highly recommend them.
