Chris was prompt, friendly and honest, three qualities I have not found in all of the trades people I have used over the years.
Description of Work: Chris performed multiple repairs on our Sub-Zero over four years. The unit had a leak in the evaporator which caused it to lose cooling every nine months or so. Chris recharged the freon and saved us the cost of the $1300 repair part. We eventually had to replace the 20 year old refrigerator with a new one for other reasons, but Chris extended the life of the old one many times.

Chris arrived on time, diagnosed the problem correctly, and fixed the beast by replacing the faulty part.
Description of Work: Repaired Sub-Zero built-in refrigerator by replacing start relay.
