We moved into a new house with 4 kids (ages 2-8), so we were eager to get a swingset as the weather got nicer. We wanted something that was great quality, large enough for all our kids to play on at once, low maintenance, and with a good warranty. We took our kids to Wood Kingdom where they were actually able to play on some of the sets so we could see firsthand what they liked (they loved the spinning tire swing). The people at WK were very knowledgeable and helpful and did not try to oversell. We decided it was worthwhile to spend the extra money and go for PVC, but none of the "stock sets" fit our budget. The salespeople were very helpful making sure we got what we wanted within our budget. The swingset was delivered within 2 weeks, and has been a huge hit with our kids and their friends. We did spend a lot, but we feel we got a very good price relative to advertised prices we've seen, and that the investment will pay off (maintenance-free) over the next 20+ years.

Bought a swing set, but had some thoughts because we went over budget. They let us select a smaller set and said they would refund the difference. We are waiting for the refund to post.

This company is great. I had a very positive experience visiting their store in Farmingdale - both the fence division and swing-set division. and quot;Sunshineand quot; - a super pleasant guy to deal with - came to my house and measured for the fence and consulted on the appropriate size and placement of a swing-set. From start to finish, nobody tried to sell me more than I needed. The fence pricing beat two other estimates I received by a good margin. Scheduling was easy and everything was done on time. The fence crew - headed by Ken - was great. They communicated with us any time there was in issue about placement and worked to make sure the job was done to our liking. The next day the swing-set crew came and put it up in about an hour. We had a great experience with Wood Kingdom and would use them again.

Purchased a swing set for my daughter about two months ago the delivery date has been constantly moved back I have to take the time off work and they just don't seem interested Finally promised to come today five hours after the scheduled time they have still not turned up I called and called nobody can ever give you a straight answer they kept assuring me it would be installed today. at 4 pm two guys begin unloading the playset but they cannot instal it that team comes later I ask them to wait as he was apparently just behind them 5 pm one guy turns up promises me he will instal the play set today he has lights in his truck and can get it done. I go inside and no joke they all run off? The head office won't answer the phone and they have just left, I have no idea when or if they are coming back This whole experience has really been a lot more trouble than I imagined The office continually lies about deliveries misleads you into thinking it's all ok and on its way, nobody seems to have any concern for the customer or care Very sorry I used them right now

stopped by the showroom about 2 months ago and had all of my questions answered. we decided on a playground and installation was set up for 3 weeks later. the day of installation the office told me the guys would be there between 12 and 3pm. they showed up at 1:00. the three guys worked non-stop and had the playground set up in 2 hours. the were real professional and the entire experience was great. thanks!

The quality of the equipment was good and I didn't have any complaints.

It is still standing today. The service was pretty quick, pretty prompt. The pricing was pretty good. They pretty much were the only company that has the reputation of being safe.

They are decent. They did quality work, it's a quality playground. I believe I spent $1300.

They are the company that sells the stuff and they do their own maintenance. They know their business. They get their job done. I do not think they completely resolve all my issues. I do not think they have great customer service. I will have to use them in the future because I bought my set from them. If I do not have to, I probably would not use them in the future.
