Window World of Long Island

Over a month late with delivery. If they had said they were behind I would have understood but nope. They measured my molding wrong which my painter noted. I called and it was fixed. A few weeks after installation I realized that I had ordered a dentil shelf that was not installed on the door. Had I not noticed I would have been out almost $300. For the amount I paid over $7k I was disappointed in the service and would not recommend them.

From the time I contacted the office and spoke to Terry and met with Matt, I knew I chose the right company. Matt was very knowledgeable and professional in talking to my wife and I. He showed us everything his company had on siding and storm doors. On the day of the installation, I met with Tony and his crew. Tony answered any questions I asked, knowing I had a great crew working here for the next three days. After everyday they cleaned up making sure nothing was left around. On two different days other crews came and did the gutters and storm doors. Matt came back after the work was done and showed him two window screens ripped, two sprinkler heads broken and hand railing broken, but miner. He had all of it fixed right away. They are very responsible and professional company. Neighbors of mine are asking who did the work and I have no problem telling them. Thanks you very much

Very well. Windows came in before the anticipated date given, the price was 1/3 of what Sears was asking for with similar warranties. Installers were professional, courteous and punctual. While they did clean up the majority of the mess, we did have to sweep up a bit after they were gone. They weren't meticulous with the cleanup, but it was fine, a very small price to pay in exchange for the low pricing.

1 Minor Trim issue which was cleared up within several days.

I've used them to install some windows and that went great. If I ever have a problem, they are right over to fix it and won't leave until there is a smile on my face. Matt, who works in the office, is an outstanding person to work with, total professional.

They did a thorough job. They cleaned up very well. They kept their appointments when it was time to come and measure and install the windows. My interaction with them was good, very good. The work they did turned out excellent. They were very professional.

Contractors were professional. They explained the job and got it done in 8hr time frame. They even added sheet rock in order to put moulding around the window due to the old molding was flush with the sheet rock. They cleaned up as they were working and hauled off trash.

Excellent! I waited two years to post a review as I wanted to see how everything held up and if anything did go wrong, I could review the after sale service. To date, I am very pleased with the quality of the windows and siding. I get compliments all the time. My house never looked better. The installers were professional and hardworking. They showed up on time everyday and were courteous. They even assisted with me with a fence I was installing, which they didn't have to do but went above and beyond what was expected. I even give them extra credit for putting up with my three dogs. Ask for Aaron as your salesperson and see if you can get Mike as the lead installer and you won't have to worry.

They did not try to sell me as much and were not as aggressive as other companies.

I am satisfied with the work performed, the price was fair and the clean up was excellent. I expected to come home and have to clean but no need. This is the second time using this company. I plan to use the again in the near future.

We were eager to get a new door. After salesman came over it was very hard to get a response from him. When he finally did send a quote we had questions regarding it and we had tried to be patient waiting for him to get back to us. I guess he is the only one in the sales department. My husband went directly to the store to talk to someone else since winter was coming and we were anxious to get the door made and installed. The owner told us we needed to contact the salesman. We didn't purchase the door from them.

The windows were done very well. One of the workers was great and one was not.

This was an absolutely fantastic experience. From sales (Matt) to installation, we could not be happier. The installation crew arrived on time and completed the entire job in one day. Their workmanship was superb. Everything was carted away and property spotlessly cleaned up. Do not look any further for a window replacement company. You cannot do better than Window World.

Our salesman Ross was knowledgeable, courteous and helped us from beginning to end with a major overhaul of our new home. There was an almost two month wait as the windows had to be custom ordered but once we got started, Mike and his crew were great. They were the ultimate professionals. Every day they showed up on time, worked neatly and cleaned up every day. The work on our home is beautiful and we had a very warm winter with our new windows and insulated house! My only complaint and I believe this was the carting company and their communication issues with window world is the dumpster which took up our entire driveway took almost two weeks after completion of the job to be taken away. However, great job Window World!

Tree fell on house from hurricane Sandy and did a number on my vinyl siding. I was advised to replace several pieces. Shortly thereafter several places throughout house had warping in siding. Had received several estimates over a one year period. The quotes varied over a $5000 range, however the quality of product (siding as well as insulation) varied as well. Window World was not necessarily the cheapest but it also wasn't the highest quote received. The product shown by salesman was product received (sturdier product than most). The sales person was extremely friendly and there was no "strong" sales pitch. All staff people that I dealt with were extremely friendly. The job took 4 days to complete (the longest part of job was stripping away original wood shingles that were under old siding and attached to house). The completed job is fabulous. I could not be happier. Worth every penny. (Note: I also referred my parents to Window World to replace the windows (and front storm door) on their house. My parents were extremely pleased with them as well.)

it went well. About 4 people came out communication. They came within a week of calling them. They are very kind and got the work done quickly.

They came and they had the windows ready to deliver 3 days before the Winter and I told them not to come and they held them until I got home in April. They were wonderful. My service guy and salesmen were great.

The guys were neat and professional. Windows look great. The company makes a great product. I will use them again.

From meeting with Ross, the salesman, to having the installation... it was pretty smooth. I have no issue so far. One of the many windows we order was cracked so we are waiting on the new window to be made and swapped out with the broken on. Let's hope that is as smooth and easy as everything has been so far.

It turned our very well and we were very happy. They put in a kitchen window. Two workers came out and it took about about 2-3 hours. They were very professional and friendly. We scheduled an appointment, but the weather was not good and I was happy that they reschedule so that they could do this on a sunny day.

They were fine. I had a problem and they came back and fixed the problem so everything was fine. They came when they were suppose to, installed the windows, left and cleaned up afterwards.
