This company Likes to take money from younger kids. I was told to drive 3 hours one way to work with someone for a day to see if I liked the job... I was told I would be paid a hundred dollars for the day (I drove 6 hours and worked about 8) yet they refuse to pay me my hundred dollars instead..... he said he paid the person I worked with all day extra money...... please please please dont support this company

Do not use this Repair Center. Shady business practice and they will charge you just to book a repair. They will not disclose the charge is non-refundable, even if you cancel the booking 2 weeks in advance. Save your money, stay away and find a more reputable and honest Samsung Repair Center.

Awful. Liars. Theives. Violent. Stay far away from these animals. They are not to be trusted in anyone's home.

Our Samsung Series 7 7100 LED TV stopped working on 11/27/2015. I checked Angie's List for a recommendation for TV service in our area. Williston TV came up with rave reviews. Even though they were out of New York they do provide service in our area in Massachusetts. Because it was "black Friday" and the Thanksgiving weekend, rather than call, I left a message on the Angie's List message board that was supposed to go to Williston TV with the information about the TV, my name and where I could be reached. I didn't hear from them so I called them on Monday and spoke with Nicole. She was great, very personable. I explained the situation and she said that they never received the email but she could help. I asked about Williston being in New York and we are in Massachusetts and how does that work. She asked for my zip code, assured me that they could help as they have a technician in New Hampshire that services our area. We set up an appointment for Friday, 12/4/15. The technician would call me between 8AM and 9AM with a two hour window for the time that he would be here and call when he was on his way. Great! I took the day off and at 859AM I get a call from Williston TV stating that they were very sorry but they don't service our area. They would forward the information to Samsung and Samsung would call me with 24-48 hrs. We'll see. I realize that in the scheme of things, this is not an earth shattering problem, however, I had to take a day off from work and we are still without a tv. Had I known that they didn't service our area, of course, I would have gone elsewhere. I guess I depend on Angie's List to use providers that provide more accurate information. The only reason I didn't give an overall grade of "F" is because of the helpfulness of Nicole. She was doing her job, however, it's up to Williston to provide her with accurate information.

I was able to get Samsung to a one time parts replacement as the TV was a little over 2 years old when problem started. The tech, Navero who did the repair was knowledgeable and courteous. He left the place spotless and arrived when promised. He should be commended for his professional demeanor, he is an asset to the company. Initial service call is $110 which is applied to the repair bill if you decide to use them. Total cost was just over $300.00, a little high, but I would use them again, due to the service.

Williston TV repair person came out to our house on 9/12, checked out my Samsung Plasma TV, and said that it was the main board that needed to be replaced (I actually already knew this because a technician from a different company had already diagnosed the set). The repair tech said they would have the part by the end of the week. They called on 9/15 to say they had the part, and to schedule the repair. We scheduled for the tech to arrive between 9:30 and 10 AM on 9/18. The tech showed up somewhat late, but very apologetic, and proceeded to replace the faulty part in just about exactly 10 minutes. Excellent service (though the lateness was an issue).

Company promised to call the evening before to confirm a window of time when the technician would arrive on the following day. They did that as well as the technician calling 30 minutes before arrival. The technician, Nevaro, was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous, and efficient. He answered all of our questions. He is definitely an asset to this company.

They were punctual and called to let me know when they would arrive. They were very efficient and I was very pleased with them.

Called to make an in home appointment for repair of a plasma television which had stopped powering on. Technician arrived promptly on the day scheduled, calling beforehand to tell his exact arrival time. He confirmed what I had suspected from a little online research. Power supply problems are a known issue in Samsung TVs and usually the result of blown capacitors. Because our set is plasma and not LCD the fix involved replacing the power board, due to the higher demands placed on the circuitry. The tech had the replacement board in his van. Cost $189. Labor was an additional $239. Prices for both were agreed upon before he began repair work. Highly satisfied with the job performed.

Called Williston TV service because Samsung dealer seemed too expensive. Technician came out to house about a week later but didn't have correct parts because he didn't have correct model number. (If they had called I could've given them the information over the phone.) Had to order part from California and wait for shipment to come in, then schedule another service date. By the time it was done the whole process had taken several weeks. Of course Hurricane Irene probably played a role in the delay. The technician was really friendly and courteous, and once he had the part in hand the repair went rather quickly. He also gave frank advice on what was worth fixing and what wasn't . Also had good response when I talked to the company on the telephone. The only drawback was that it took longer than I expected but overall I am pleased with the work.

They came twice, because the first time the part they brought didn't fix the problem. The T.V. is now working great. I would call them again if I had the need. There was still a warranty on the T.V. They were very nice people and I would have no problem working with them again.
