What a amazing experience. We were referred to Temperature Zone Corp from a family friend, who had nothing but great things to say about this father and sons company. We immediately contacted Kevin & Co due to our household AC breakdown. Kevin was immediately available to us when we had expressed our emergency situation. Kevin made himself available to go over all of our issues with our inherited old unit that came with the house that had finally broken to no repair. Kevin listened to what we needed and addressed any concerns of enhancements needed to get the full capacity of cool temperatures throughout our home. Kevin and company reflected a high level of skill and attention to detail. They were not only efficient but also incredibly punctual, ensuring that all services were provided on time and without any hassle. Everybody was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. They’re the best in the game and we highly recommend them. They have earned a loyal customer in us, and I look forward to our continued business in the future.

We needed to have our 14-year-old ductless air conditioner replaced and asked for the same make and model. Sal and Kevin gave us good price. It turned out that the new unit was better and bigger. Luckily it still fit in the same space. While the communication could have been more timely, they showed up when they said they would and got the job done efficiently and professionally. The father/son duo had a pleasant demeanor and we would recommend them to others.

We were referred to Kevin and Sal by our nephew, who had found them on Angi’s list when he needed a new boiler. He had told us they are customer-focused and strive to do the best possible job from start to finish—and he was right! What's more, after completing our HVAC installation right on schedule and reviewing every aspect of the new system with us, they left our home cleaner than it was before. We couldn’t be more impressed with all of their high-quality work.

It was fantastic! Kevin and Sal did a great job on both projects. We had 5 ductless AC units installed with 2 compressors and it went flawless. They showed up when they said they would and installed the project in a couple days. We love the new system and it really keeps the house cool. I would strongly recommend them to anyone considering AC/Heating/Plumbing projects. It’s hard to find good contractors right now but Kevin and Sal are the exceptions. Great company and even better people.

Called Kevin on Saturday morning for an emergency service for our boiler since all of a sudden smoke was coming out from it. He advised I am his 2nd client and will come over after he is done with his first job. He kept me informed that he was running a bit behind. He was very detail oriented and did an excellent job vacuuming the line and with tune up. He even got a new vacuum for us! However few hours later after he left, we realized for some reason the house is still not getting warm enough even though the thermostat was set at a higher temperature. I called him that night and he promised to come back next morning to take a look at it. He showed up despite the bad snow storm. He fixed the temperature of the boiler and explained what was wrong and what should be done in future and answered all our questions. I'll definitely recommend Kevin to others. Keep up the good work!

It went extremely well. The company was extremely professional and curtious. They were Covid compliant which I was very happy about. Since I do have an elder mother that I need to worry about. Every question I had he answered with complete professionalism and me being s single woman he didn’t mind explaining things to me which I really appreciated. I highly recommend them and am going to use them for all and any future repairs.

So my fiancé’s family has been begging for central air for years! So I decided to contact out to the friendly guys over at temperature zone for a quick estimate. Within hours we decided these are our guys. Though out the process of the install they kept finding more ways to impress me. From spotless work to very friendly and kind to the family. The job came out perfect and couldn’t want it any other way. Would 100% recommend to anyone in need of hvac work!

Bought the big deal before the summer heat set in. To be fair; the provider did contact me right after purchase via email and phone. However due to family emergency I was not able to contact them back right away. I send 2-3 emails, and left 2-3 voice mails when I am ready for the tune up but no one ever got back to me. I also try to communicated via Angie's list but that channel of communication fail as well. This is my first and porbably last "big deal" purchase. It didn't go the way I wanted at all.

The company did call me and we set up a tentative appointment for service. However at the end of June, I received a call from a female from the company saying the person who was going to do the work had some sort of situation going on and wouldn't be able to do the work till after the 4th of July. I didn't hear from anyone and attempted to contact the company in the middle to end of July. Also called again in August,and both times I left a message,however, no one returned the phone call. Now that summer is over, I would prefer a refund on my card. Thank you for your understanding.

I purchased two Angie's List Big Deals for his service and it went very well. They were very competent, pleasant to deal with, on time and they did a good job.
