All in all, it was a complete success. John was very understanding of my dilemma. He listened to me at length and knew just what was need to repair my nightmare. Everything was fixed beautifully and everything was left cleaner than when we started. All of his workers were very pleasant and courteous. Once the date was set for the repairs, John was right there for me. I feel John truly wanted to restore my faith in people and that he did. I feel as if I made a new friend and I have lots more work for QZO. I would recommend this company to anyone. I am a truly satisfied customer. He fixed my windows, repaired my moldings beautifully, reinstalled siding, and installed two new windows all in one day.
