After slowly fixing our house over 5 months he walked off the job the Monday after Easter Sunday. He sent us an email saying, "Hope you had a nice Easter I am not going to be able to work on your bathroom at all. I am too busy." We paid him top dollar, and always made payments when he asked for them. He would not give us itemized invoices and we ended up having to call his electrician and plumber ourselves for them. He left debris from the sheet rock and kitchen cabinets in front of my house for 5 weeks and when he finally put it out, only partially bagged, the city would not take it and I had to pay over 500 dollars for GOT JUNK to take it. He made a $1,800.00 error in our bill, in his favor! He constantly told us how he went, above and beyond for us. Walking off a job under normal circumstances is horrible, but for a Sandy homeowner, its unconscionable. He walked off the job, leaving us scrambling for another contractor to finish the job and close out our permit, costing us precious time and money. DO NOT HIRE this contractor.
Description of Work: DO NOT HIRE this contractor. We lost our one floor bungalow home in Sandy. He was hired to rebuild the inside.
