+ -1 moreVendor initially contacted May 13, 2010 and expressed interest in doing the job. After engineering info assembled and sent to vendor, vendor first claimed they would respond, they said they were busy but would get to it, then stopped responding altogether since June despite being contacted dozens of times between May and July by phone and email.
Description of Work: We requested a quote for window tint film for a 200-unit coop apartment building. We supplied the vendor with an engineering survey of all window panes in the building, polled all south-facing residents to find out who was interested, identified the dozen units who wanted to order. We also secured the the cooperation of the building Superintendent in anticipation of his staff's providing access to apartments.
