 + 2 moreTim took $1500 from us and installed the vent fan in the bathroom. I tried for weeks to get in contact with him to complete the rest of the work and he never answered any of my calls or messages. We wound up finding someone else to complete the work and cut our losses. Just had someone over to our house for another job who told me that he never vented the fan properly and it has to be redone. I wouldn't recommend this guy to my worst enemy.
Description of Work: Asked Tim to repair water damage on main floor and upstairs bedroom and to install a vent fan in our master bedroom.

 + -1 moreThe contractor didn't do what they said they would do and never returns calls. Do not trust.
Description of Work: I am sick and tired of contractors not doing what they say they will do. This contractor went to my parents house in Farmingdale. My parents were looking for a local and reliable contractor who will do what they say they will do. This company didn't. They told my parents they would give them a quote for a major extension with a brand new kitchen, bathroom and family room added on to their home. The contractor never called back or sent a quote. My parents called them multiple times to give them the benefit of doubt and left several messages but they never returned their call. This companies customer service is terrible and not sure how they stay in business. If you can't rely on a local business in your own town who can you trust. Do not trust them.

 + -1 moreAugust 20th, we went over everything he was going to do, renegotiated pricing in order for him to obtain the job, and gave me a quote for pavers in the back yard. He told me he was going to give me the paperwork/contract in a week. I sent 4 emails including my contact info requesting the quote. October 2nd we received the revised quote which was six weeks after his visit. His work may be great but his follow up is not.
Description of Work: In june, I received a proposal for siding, fixing skylights, and roofing.

 + 0 moreThey are very dedicated, loyal, and hardworking. They were very good at communicating with us and had really good ideas along the way. They kind of advised us on what they were going to do. Everything turned out great. We have recommended them to someone else. We would definitely recommend them again and use them in the future.
Description of Work: We had hardwood floors put down by Molloy Home improvements. We had redone our kitchen and it was part of a larger project. The wood floors were done in two rooms in our living room and dining room. They took out the carpets and put down wood floors. They reconfigured our kitchen, put in new cabinets, new flooring that was a tile floor, moved some walls around.
