+ -1 moreI was not impressed with this company's servicemen. They didn't seem to know what to do. I think Maytag needs to hire more competent repairmen. We ended up getting different ovens. These were still under warranty, so we didn't have to pay anything.
Description of Work: Maytag repaired my new Jade ovens. They showed up, but ended up not being able to fix the ovens.

+ -1 moreI WOULD NOT USE MAYTAG AGAIN FOR NOTHING. THEY HAVE HAD TO COME OUT SEVERAL TIMES ON BOTH PRODUCTS AND STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN EITHER OF THEM FIXED PROPERLY.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED THE DISHWASHER AND STOVE. THEY HAD TO PUT IN A NEW MOTOR IN THE DISHWASHER AND FIX THE HANDLE ON THE STOVE.

+ -1 moreIT TOOK TEN DAYS TO GET A SERVICE CALL APPOINTMENT. THEY WANTED TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE MACHINE. THE ONLY REASON I WILL USE THEM IN THE FUTURE IS BECAUSE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I CAN TRUST THE JOB TO BE RIGHT.
Description of Work: THEY HAD TO REPLACE THE COMPUTER BOARD IN MY WASHING MACHINE.

+ -1 moreTHEY GAVE ME A HARD TIME, TELLING ME IT WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO ORDER AND GET THE NEW PART. I WOULD HAVE HAD TO HAVE WAITED MORE THAN A MONTH FOR THE PART. I FINALLY CALLED THE HEADQUARTERS, AND EVENTUALLY, THEY REPLACED THE WASHER.
Description of Work: I ONLY HAD MY WASHER ABOUT A MONTH, WHEN THE MOTOR ON THE WASHER BLEW.

+ -1 moreTHEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE THEY WERE TRYING TO BLAME ME FOR THE PROBLEM WITH THE DRYER. I WAS UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THEIR ATTITUDE. ALL I ASKED WAS FOR THEM TO JUST FIX IT.
Description of Work: THE DRYER WAS MAKING ODD NOISES, AND THEY REPLACED A PIECE THAT TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM.

+ -1 moreTHE SERVICEMAN WAS GREAT AND A GENTLEMAN. HE CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD AND ALREADY HAD THE PART ON HIS TRUCK. THE ONLY THING THAT I'M UNHAPPY ABOUT IS I ORIGINALLY BOUGHT THE REFRIGERATOR FROM THEM AND IT SEEMS LIKE SOMETHING IS ALWAYS GOING WRONG.
