We went to their showroom to order a shed; were promised a painted shed (a new service that was advertised in the newspaper,previously they were only primed).had to pay in full and scheduled a delivery date. Were cancelled twice by the company because supposed production problems with applying the new painted finish- only were told they weren't coming when I initiated calls to find out about appointment confirmation. Finally after MUCH complaining, scheduled and delivered, not painted, only primed- we were given a small discount .Had to paint a 10 X10 shed ourselves. However, after all of these problems, once installed, after 9 months am still very happy with the quality of the shed.

This is a fascinating company that is very, very old school. I get the sense most of their business is commercial, because their hours are 9-5, and they are just discovering e-mail. I bought a shed from them about eight years ago, and recently, a tree fell on the shed, denting the roof and bulging out the front panels with the doors. Everything inside was unharmed- these are VERY sturdy sheds! I called them- they don't have an interactive web site, and their web site does not give an e-mail address. When I called they gave me the e-mail address, and I e-mailed them photos of the damage so I could get an estimate. Two days later, nothing, so I called again. Apparently "the girl who knows how to retrieve the e-mail has been out sick but will be in tomorrow". Ok, two days later...nothing. I call, and they say "Oh yes, we got the pictures, and we mailed you the estimate"- by snail mail, no less! Got it, sent it back in signed with a 30% deposit, and left on a two week trip. When I got back the pieces were ready and they set up an appointment for Saturday in a two-hour window from 10-12, and they showed up right at 10 and were done by 10:20! Was able to pay the balance by credit card by calling in to the office. They hauled away the damaged pieces. All of their sheds come rpimed but not finished, so you need to paint the exteriors yourself (which I knew from prior experience). The sheds sit on cinderblocks, which I didn;t need to deal with this time, but as I recall I had to get the cinderblocks myself too before the intial installation.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. THEY TOLD ME HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE AND THAT IS HOW LONG IT TOOK. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK.
