Long Island Lawn Sprinklers

We initially installed one system and then a few years ago moved over to Rachio so I can easily operate using an app. Nick and his team have always been fantastic. This past week he did spring start up and ensured that everything was working properly. FANTASTIC SERVICE!

I do not recommend this company. They inflate the work to be performed. One tech claimed that a sprinkler valve had t be dug outnto be replaced, even though LILA that was needed was to buff the surface of the shutoff valve a bit with sandpaper to make it tight again. I recommend to stay away from this company. Responsiveness is also lackin as they never answer the phone

Work was completed at the first visit. Competent employees, reasonably priced.

Perfectly - he had fixed several sprinklers in the Spring of 2014 that had deteriorated and needed replacements - gave a reasonable price and did the work with his colleague - nice job. He also returned in the Fall to winterize plus the Spring start-up - will use his company again for the 2015 Fall winterizing. Really pleased with the company's responsiveness, punctuality, and quality of work.

The problem started last year when he rescheduled our spring opening 3 times and then never showed. His office then sent me a bill for service which was never performed... This year, I called and spoke to him directly on his cell phone.. and he told me he needed to wait 1-2 weeks before he could come to open our system, and repair some damage as a result of backyard renovations. I sent him a text to verify he had my name, address and phone number. He never came. never called and never had any response. so sad to be saying this...because he used to be a nice guy.. hard worker and a good person. too bad he screwed someone who worked with him from the and quot;beginningand quot;

I called hoping to get them here to give me estimates and I found out that they charge for estimates on a lawn sprinkler repair. Further into the conversation I found out it was 75 dollars. They say they give free estimates but they do not.

Amazing!!!! We are so happy with the work from Nick and his crew! They were so friendly and professional - and the work speaks for itself ! We had our entire property hooked up with sprinklers with multiple zones set up! And Nick was so informative and was great showing us how to work the entire system! - Thanks guys!

Winterized the sprinkler system. A thorough, professional job well done!

I called for an estimate on sprinkler repairs after my entire front lawn was torn up following driveway work. Nick, the owner, came exactly when he said he would and we went over the entire job. Nick was very open and receptive to ideas and the price he quoted was very fair. We set up an install date for the following week. Nick came back with one of his workers and started right away. Again, Nick was very receptive to my questions and concerns and didn't just dismissively go about his work. One specific thing I appreciated was that Nick himself was not afraid to get his hands dirty and do the work himself, so I knew it would be done properly. He is very knowledgable about the science behind lawn irrigation (moreso than any other company I've ever dealt with), and set up my new zones in a much better layout than before. He made sure every head was properly oriented, that the spray pattern covered what needed to be covered and that the heads weren't crooked. Furthermore, because I needed less heads than initially thought in the estimate, Nick threw in a new rain sensor instead. When he realized that the new rain sensor wasn't compatible with my old timer, he installed a new timer for free. I cannot say enough about the experience I had and have already recommended this company to three other people.

He was a nice young guy, definitely wanting to please. He has good responsiveness. He was very fair. He came here to check something out that I really don't need to take care of until this season and he didn't charge me for the visit, which was really nice.

I didn't pay anything this time because he had upgraded my system last summer and he told me that the turn off and turn on would be included in that price. He is great outrageously. He is a very professional and very courteous like if I ask any questions he doesn't give a weird look that I am asking this. He is very polite. I recommended him to three of my friends and they all felt the same way. He is very professional and if he says that he is going to show up at 8'o clock in the morning then he is there at 8'o clock. If he sends his associate then he comes by like just before the job is done to make sure everything is what you want. He is unbelievable and anybody that he has recommended to me or my friends has had the same type of workers.

They were wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone. They are very business oriented. They are very professional and they show up on time. They work quietly, quickly and do some extra if I needed them to do without any hesitation and I like that. They had also installed my sprinkler system long time back and had not charged me ridiculous amount. I would rate them high overall. I would use them again in the future.
