The crew came as scheduled and were efficient, friendly, and did a great job. House is nice and warm.

Excellent team. Came as promised, with excellent cleanup and prep. The crew was knowledgeable and the sales man was awesome. I can tell and feel the difference these last few days of sub 32-degree weather. I'm so sad I waited this long to have them come.

We had a great experience with the sales rep and we were excited about the install of insulation. We were told in the initial meeting that we need holes in the interior sheetrock to install insulation due to having higher quality siding in the front of the house. We were ok with this as it was the only option. The workers proceeded to put 10+ fist-size holes in every room with a front-facing wall to install the insulation. They spackled the holes but did a lousy job doing it. When we asked about it, they said we should be doing 2-3 coats of spackling ourselves and we are not painters. None of the workers wore masks in my home and one of them drilled through electrical wires and took him 2 hours to fix it. We also found a lack of cleanup in certain areas especially around the outside of my home. We were less than satisfied with how things went as a whole.

The sales rep Greg was excellent explaining the process and the men that came to install were courteous and great!! Highly recommend. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

To all those looking for an insulation contractor please check with the Better Business Bureau reviews on the contractor you are hiring, do not solely rely on the reviews here. That was my mistake, had I done that, I would never hire JC Home Care. The salesman lacked knowledge in house siding and misled me. He sold me the job promising to complete the insulation work from the outside of my house. I thought it was going to be free from having a mess in the house. WRONG!!! Workers showed up and said they cannot do the job from the outside, IT MUST BE DONE FROM THE INSIDE. Since I waited for almost a month to do the job, I reluctantly agreed(Mistake) and I made an appointment to have the insulation done from the inside. The house was prepped for the insulation, meaning moved everything in the house to the center and covered everything with plastic sheeting provided by me, to protect my furniture and personal belongings from dust and debris. Workers showed up Tuesday, July 21, 2020, at around 8 am and by about 11:51 am, Dan the supervisor called and said that they were done. in the meantime, the salesman told me that the job was going to take one and a half-day to complete. I was not home until I came home from work. I checked up the job they did, it was incomplete at the most obvious walls. I had to spend over two hours taking pictures and texting with the salesman, who called himself Joe. After that, the next day the owner named Laura, called me and said, she was sending her crew to complete the job earliest Friday which should have been done right on Monday. I reluctantly agreed, to endure LIVING IN A DUSTY HOUSE. I had no choice but to leave everything in the house covered up and dust all over. The owner did not care, for leaving a paying customer in the mess for a half-hearted job. I had to take the morning off from work to oversee the job myself. The work was done, they have spent about 2 hours on Friday this was July 24. 2020. In the process, they broke my curtain bracket, no one said sorry. The house was in a mess. My lawn and driveway were littered with cellulose insulation material, as well as circular drilled out wall materials from the holes they made inside the house. I sincerely believe I do not think they properly pumped inadequate insulation into my house was as they promised. I am saying this because, I accidentally punctured a hole on a wall that they supposedly insulated, to my surprise I found no insulation material there at all. I feel they have not given me my money worth in this pumped in home insulation job. This company does not care about the customer. I did not even get a follow-up call. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

THEY CHARGES WERE TOO HIGH FOR LESS THAN A HOURS WORTH OF WORK. THEY CHARGED $1500 FOR THAT JOB, WHICH IS TOO MUCH.

Customer service from both workers and sales rep was good. The major issue I had was the cleanup. They left a lot of debris outside of my home.

We had very cold bedrooms and now it's perfect, they did a great job came on time and finished in a very timely manner. You can't even see where they opened the outside of the walls to blow in the insulation : )

This company was awesome. Showed up on time, Came with three guys — each one working as a team. Very happy with the job that was done. They were very clean and did the job very quickly. Price was very reasonable and they were a pleasure to deal with. [Note: When you do Insulation in your walls, they make 2 inch round holes every 12 inches to blow in the insulation. You would definitely need a paint job in the future.] I would highly recommend JC.

Do not be fooled by this company overly friendly customer interaction. They are a wolf in sheep clothing. At the end of the day, I do not need friends but I need a proper insulation job done. When I questioned the installers if insulation was getting behind certain areas of sheetrock I was assured that it was. Having my doubts knowing a header was probably not allowing for insulation to flow, I opened up several sections of the wall only to find out there was no insulation behind the walls. I have called the company 3 times as was told each time that they had no one in the area to finish the job properly but will get someone to me shortly. It has been 3 months and no return phone calls from this company.

I hired J C Home Care to put insulation in my home. They were very professional and got the job done to my expectations. Their salesman Greg was very accommodating in getting me an affordable price and allowing it to be done in a short time frame. He also followed up with a phone call to see if I was satisfied with the completed job. This company has excellent customer service . I never had to call them to confirm my appointment they were on time and did an excellent job.
