When the work was started they did a great job, were nice and fairly neat (as much as possible for blown in insulation). My problem is their warranty and customer service. I have called and left at least 10 messages to have them come back and finish some settled and missed spots. I have not received any phone calls back. The few times I did get a hold of someone the said I would be taken care of when the service crew was back in my area. That never happened. Their warranty is crap I would not recommend them to anyone.

It was great and easy

Very patient with my questions and passionate about their work. I noticed the difference after the insulation of my house but the real test will come when the winter hits! But overall I was super pleased with their work and it was affordable.

Good work! Worth it

Our experience with JC Home care exceeded all of our expectations. They were consummate professionals from the initial sales call through the install. They planned ahead, communicated well, were very polite and were done in a few hours and left the place immaculate. The price was also very reasonable.

They were very professional and courteous. Conscious of our interior rooms. Clean up was perfect.

The customer service and crew were great. We had it done about a year ago and waited to see the full results. The house has been much warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. Wish we had it done years ago.

According to talks, they did not the complete project properly and I am not satisfied!

We hired them to insulate our whole home and pointed out the problem areas. the salesperson quoted us more than the competitors but we figured we were paying for quality work. They came in and did the job but the issue was that they never finished since we still experience cold spots in the kitchen which the sales person assured us would be addressed. After numerous calls and emails we have given up trying to reach them. AVOID!!!!!

Horrible! Save your money and time. They did a horrible job with our home insulation. It feels like they did not insulate at all. I am not sure what type of materials they used but it feels the way it did before they did anything. I have tried to get them to fix the issue several times only to get the runaround. Beyond disappointment. They basically stole our money!

I made between 25-50 attempts to contact them about fixing the insulation job that they did and they never respond back. this has been going on since 2018.

While I had no problem getting an appointment and also had no issues with their installation, their follow-up is horrible. I cannot get them to come back and re-evaluate my insulation. I have another area that has to be done and I never got an appointment scheduled, not even a call back!

JC installed blown-in insulation in y house last spring. We could immediately tell the difference in comfort. I just checked the heating bills from this year to last year in the same time frame and we saved over $1000. I'm totally blown away!
