Clean professional and quick everything done professionally

Gregg was informed and sold me on the company. Hsd it been another salesman I'm not sure that i woyld have agreed to sihn a contract right then. I had questions afterwards regarding the contract and Hank was very patient making sure I understood the entire process. Hopefully it was all worthwhile, as I won't know till winter's here.

The installers were very friendly, and explained everything to me. They left my home and driveway very clean.

J.C. Were very professional, flexible with schedule and quick with the job they performed.

We had insulation done on the first and second floor of our home. It was done efficiently and quickly. We won’t know until next winter how the insulation will hold up against the winter but am looking forward to a warm first floor. The entire process from setting up the estimate appointment to the insulation being installed was smoothly and everyone we dealt with were friendly and helpful.

Excellent experience with J.C. Home Care Center. Workers were prompt, polite and neat. When they left my home you would never have know they had been there. I recommend the company and would use them again for any insulation needs.

Excellent work done, Professional, got it done quickly and without any issues. Work done in the attic as well as in the walls and they patched the walls as well which was great. I have to reschedule and they found me another slot that worked great.

Over all a very experience . Greg came and explained the job and the products well . We insulated the entire house and the price was very good . The job was done fast and the crew was clean . The only negative thing that I could mention is that the crew boss Matt looked bored and not very friendly but the crew itself was very friendly . I would recommend the company to anyone but no Matt .

All around great customer service and Professional work down to the finest details I’m confident this will last for years and years to come and am very pleased that everything turned out the way things did and I’m looking forward to spending more time and enjoying the added perks of a more efficient and reliable home that is well worth it.

The project went well

The team showed up on a snow day and early which was outstanding! The head guy seemed like he didn't want to be there and the job was rushed. As discussed after the removal of the old insulation, clean up and an inspection was supposed to be conducted and any holes to be filled. That dd not happen and the new blown in Insulation started immediately. The teams clean up was the the worst and very unprofessional. Insulation was all over my rug and stairs. The clean up was rushed to the max. The guys did their job but it wasn't to the quality as discussed during the interview for hire. Plus the promise of the head guy being there to see all was done properly unfortunately never happened. Good company, very fast work, quality of complete job gets a 5 out of 10.
