It will help you in the long run when you choose  J.C. Home Care Center, Inc to do your blow in insulation. I didnt regret doing that. They did a wonderful job.

I chose to have insulation blown in from outside so as not to damage any inside walls and need to repair/paint them. The workman were pleasant and neat but, unfortunately, my home is no warmer now than before. When I called to mention this, I was told that, hopefully, my heating bill will be lower as my furnace will not need to work as hard. This has not happened either.

Greg the salesman was very informative. The crew was professional and polite. I had insulation blown into my attic and exterior walls. The whole process only took 3 hours. The only thing I wasn’t pleased with was the spackling job to cover the holes made in my walls. I had to redo it myself afterwards. Other than that, everything else was great. I feel a major difference in the inside temperature control.

We hired J.C. Home Care to install blown in insulation to our 3-story 100 year old home that had little to no insulation. The initial meeting was excellent. The rep showed up on time, gave a thorough and informative presentation and a price so reasonable to us that we booked them immediately. The installation team arrived on time and ready to work. The project included installation from both the outside and inside through drilled holes in the interior walls. They covered all furniture, drilling, installed and then patched all holes. They patched all exterior holes and reinstalled our siding. The entire house was done in just over three hours. The crew was friendly, polite and efficient. We would highly recommend!

Very efficient crew, the work appears to be well done, just based on "feel" test, since our work was both for summer and winter it will take a while to confirm but at first glance I would recommend them and I would rehire them.

I'm very happy with the results, the crew was very polite and helpful, everything was performanced as they said. I will recomend them 100% this is the only company of 4 called that were willing to do the job from the outside, the crew took off the sidding, insolated the walls and installed the sidding back like nothing had happened. Workers were polite and friendly and efficient

I asked them to vent my already installed (unvented) ceiling bathroom fan to the outside via the roof. They installed the hose to the extractor fan but then just hung the other end from a rafter. Repeated calls go unanswered.

The work they did was good. They were efficient, came on time, did they whole job and cleaned up very well. It seems warmer in the room we had them insulate. The price was in line with the other estimates we got and there were no surprises in the final bill. Their customer service is my only complaint. I understand that late Fall is the busy time for an insulation company. However, though the estimator came fairly quickly and gave me his estimate immediately, it was difficult to reach him afterward when we wanted to hire them and especially, when we wanted to schedule it. Because it was a small job for them, they were not willing to give us a date for the work till they had a half day availability. We had to aggressively follow up with them to get the job scheduled. However, once it was scheduled, as indicated the work itself was fine.

We wanted to fill the space between the roof and ceiling in our 2 family. JC was the most expensive of the 3 I called, but of those 3, we felt the most confident about their services, and they did work with us on the price a little. They put vents in the roof to avoid moisture buildup, and the other 2 didn't offer any moisture protection at all. I don't think they even knew what we were talking about. The workers were in and out in let's than 3 hours, and were very professional. Ultimately, for the peace of mind that we have now, and for the quality of the work, and the offer of a warranty on the work, we believe it was money well spent. We even notice a difference one day later. The heat hasn't gone on all day on a 34 degree day! we set the heat at 69 upstairs, and in our living space, it is a comfortable 71! We used to have to heat the upstairs an extra 5 degrees, making our living space 75, which is totally unnecessary and a waste of money and energy.

J.C. Home Care Center is a good company to deal with they were very professional from the sales person to the workers. The whole process was explained from start to finish.

My primary complaint with JC was their disappointing and unprofessional customer service. In short, at every point of contact after a change to my job - due to an error by JC - I, the customer, was made to believe I was wrong and at fault for basic questions and follow-up about the change. Overall, their degree of accommodation and communication was poor. After meeting with a friendly and seemingly knowledgable sales representative during the initial consultation for an attic fan and insulation, I was later told during the installation day that due to the pitch of my roof an attic fan could not be installed. This in itself was an annoyance, as this was the main reason for my contacting JC and I was initially told it would not be a problem, but I was willing to accept that this could not be done due to safety concern for the installers. The attitude taken by the installers, however, was what irked me, stating that I don't really need an attic fan. Conveniently, when I was being sold on their service, I do need a fan; but when it can't be done, I never really needed it in the first place. This was a smaller concern compared to dealing with pricing in the aftermath of the change in service. During the initial consultation, I was quoted and agreed to a combined price for both the fan and insulation (a separate price for each service was not provided). When trying to sort out what the insulation alone would cost, and multiple attempts at reaching the main office to figure this out were unsuccessful, I was only able to reach the initial salesperson who gave me one price. After the installers were done, they quoted me a higher price. In later trying to sort out this discrepancy is where an attitude of excuses and blame was adopted by everyone I came in contact with. Some explanations ranged from unreasonable (I should have known the breakdown of prices, even though it wasn't explicitly provided to me), to silly (it was my fault for not being home at the time of the install, which is irrelevant), to the completely incomprehensible (it was my fault for signing a contract that didn't have the prices stipulated, which, among other reasons, is a ridiculous defense for opaque pricing). This is just a sampling of the highly unprofessional dealings with JC in trying to sort out this simple matter. The amount of blame and diffusion of responsibility was lamentable. Their dealings with me - regardless of quality of work - made a significant impression that I have no faith to recommend them to others.
