The whole team was very professional and answered any question we had Treated very fairly. Finished a big job timely and neat . Would recommend them to anyone.

These guys were complete professionals. They arrived exactly on time, removed my boiler just in time to receive the delivery of the new boiler which was installed just in time for their electrician to do the final wiring and testing with the team. This was a rush job. Our boiler died Friday, we fired our first team of plumbers late Saturday after they misdiagnosed our problem. At the last minute, we called in Roberto and he agreed to get us in first thing Monday morning which they did. They took my disastrous situation out of my hands and gave it back to me with the disaster completely removed

Good communication nice experience

I built a new home for my family & integrated did all my plumbing heating, also did radiant floor heating through out the house. I would give them 10 stars if i could. The owner Rob was very easy to work with and made our experience very easy going

Roberto installed a new Navien gas system in Sept 2022 to fully replace the prior system (that was still under warranty-but he never checked with the manufacturerer). When I discovered a few months later that the warranty on the old system was still good, and questioned him, he had no response, and gave no credit back. This was a $8000 expense to me, Additionally infuriating is the fact that the new system failed 15 months later (Christmas eve 2023), and when I spoke with him the day after Christmas, he was out on vacation and his entire office also was closed and on vacation with no coverage, No one woukd be available until after Jan 1st I was forced to engage another company who fixed the problems (three defective parts)= at a total cost of $2,000. These parts were covered under warranty, but not the labor, as only the labor for the original installer would have been covered. Lastly, my daughter's home hsd a heating problem Dec of 2022 (before I realized the downfalls of dealing with Integrated Plumbing)and Roberto suggested a brand new system. We got a second opinion from another company, and for $1200 had the repair, and still no problems. Roberto has a very pleasant personality, but beware of these downfalls.

Roberto is wonderful! We had a washer dryer deliver in the morning and the company refused to install due to some old home quirks. Hopped on Angiâ s list and we happened across Robertoâ s company. A few hours later he was onsite and the job done. Thank you Roberto!

We are very pleased with the whole experience. After 3 days of struggling to find a new boiler and a company to install it, we decided to search through Angieâ s List. Next day, on a Friday, we got an estimation and 4 hours later we had a performant new boiler all installed and working. I definitely recommend this company. Thank you Angie!

My oil Boiler needed replacement I contacted Integrated Plumbing & Heating and Roberto called me right away to setup an appointment to take a look at my boiler and explain to me the necessary steps to replace the boiler. He came in the following day and gave me a very fair price for the replacement and Installation he and his crew came in after 5 days to Install the boiler so far no Issues I definitely would recommend this company very profesional work.

Roberto and his company Integrated Heating did an excellent job on the replacement of my father in lawâ s 40 year old furnace and hot water heater, including a new chimney liner that required a new exit via a very solid foundation (no small task)! He was courteous, prompt, cleaned up all, and offered the most competitive price of the seven quotes we received for the work requested. Roberto is a very nice man but I have been calling him and sending him pictures of his boiler installation in two of my homes. For many months he is been telling me different stories and would not remedy the situation. The old boiler worked perfectly as his installation does not. After waiting many months I left him a message last week indicating I must know within a week If he intends on fixing the installation. I have not heard from him since.

Roberto came with worker Franco, very efficient and friendly. Excellent workers really knew their jobs well. Highly recommend them for any plumbing work.

Work was performed with no problem. But once they get the check, there is no follow up. I hope it is a reputable business. And I hope I have a warranty.

Fantastic 5 stars all around, My Old oil boiler died on a sat night at 1am we called them at 2am they answered and set up an appointment to come look at what was wrong. Free estimate BTW. We needed a new boiler and water tank. We had no heat and power and the next day Monday they were able to get the equipment we needed and installed in one day. Fair prices and great quality of work done. I could not be happier. They knew I was in a bind but still offered me a fair price and did not take advantage of us. Sold us what we needed. Every thing was great. If I had to nit pick only negative thing I can say is they do not offer financing as of March 2021. I am sure eventually they will offer better financing options. You can hire any one of many to service or install hvac equipment. But what you get from these guys is professionalism , Fantastic customer service and great quality of work. I would strongly reccomed them to any one

The technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgable. He explained the problem to me and fixed it quickly.

The plusses - Integrated stayed in touch while I was trying to have Lowes deliver the hot water heater I ordered from Lowes. Integrated's price was reasonable. They removed the old unit; they arrived on time and they worked quickly. Nice guys. I would use them again - with one BIG caveat. See below. The negatives - because the old hot water heater needed to be drained, I said they could drain it into the basement bathroom toilet.... and they left a mess! Dirty water on the bathroom floor, filth all over the toilet. I am not happy having to clean up after them and the condition they left it. They knocked a cover off an expensive speaker and never said anything about it. I didn't notice these until they left. They put tools on carpets and washing machine without a dropcloth on them. I made every attempt to have things moved out of the way, shoveled snow at 7AM so they would have a clean path, etc. I hoped they would show the same courtesy I showed them and leave my home in the condition it was before they came. They lose a star for that. Be advised they take only a check or cash - no credit cards. They should advise you of that before they arrive.
