While I was happy with their work and the final product, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow up. I was stood up several times without any one contacting me to let me know they weren’t showing. Totally frustrated I wanted to speak with the owner or at least the manager to let them know. I called and specifically asked for either one. I was told he was unavailable but was assured he would call me back. Needless to say I never heard from him. After spending $43000, the courtesy of a return call would have been appreciated.

Bill Taylor, the President of the company, carefully surveyed the condition of the roof. His detailed, clear estimate addressed all of my concerns. The crew assigned to the project was efficient and courteous. The company is GAF certified, ensuring the warranty will be honored. I highly recommend Four Seasons Roofing.

The price is very fair. They are very professional and I will recommend this company to anyone who looking for very good price with amazing products!

Water started leaking from a bedroom ceiling… Even though the leak was probably coming from the chimney flashing, I knew the roof was old enough for replacement. Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them.

My entire roof was redone in one day!. Four seasons staff are true professionals, they had a crew of 20 people working from 7:00 am till about 5:00 p.m. They arrived fully equipped and worked until roof was completed. The following day the Gutters were installed and voila!, my roof was completed and my yard was cleaned as if nothing happened. Professional service. Very happy with the service provided by Four Seasons.

Excellent!! They worked fast and clean. No mess left at the end and the finished product looks great. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them for future projects. The price was totally fair and best of all they had a great finance plan: No interest for one year. That really helped.

This company can't be beat. Best contractor I've ever worked with. We purchased a house, and our insurance co who's name I won't mention (something about "good hands") was threatening to cancel our insurance after closing due to some issues with the previous roof. We contacted Four Seasons on a Thursday, had a quote the same day, gave them the go ahead on Friday, and since we were in a hurry due to the insurance deadline, they called to say "we can do this Saturday". A small army of workers showed up, and were done in half a day. Taking off the old roof created a monstrous mess, but when they left I couldn't find a spec of old roof nor a nail on my property. Phenomenal. The owner, Mr. Taylor Sr, even came by to check on things. Courteous, professional, efficient are the best words to describe this company.

We live in a house that has a flat roof. It's also down a hill so you look down at my roof as you approachmy home. That's why the appearance is so important to us. I had several "flat roof experts" come look at the job and walk away. Bill (the son) didn't even blink. He immediately gave us the confidence needed to know these guys are the real deal. They took two layers of tar & gravel roof off my house and installed a high tech membrane and insulation. They had to drop the old roof down to the ground then hump it up the stairs into the dumpster. They came with 9 guys, Antonio was the crew chief. The nicest guys. And when they left, my property looked clean, without a single shrub or flower out of place. And the new roof is beautiful. Bill (the father) was here to supervise and really added to our confidence and satisfaction. I don't write a lot of reviews, but these guys deserve the shout out.

Bill Taylor (owner) came out to give me an estimate for what I thought was going to be a roof repair on my *(not too old roof). Unfortunately, the previous roofer did not do the correct thing and I needed a complete new roof. Four Seasons could not have been more professional. From the first call to the last nail they were polite, professional, and helpful. Donna in the office is SO patient, kind, and caring. I was scheduled for a few weeks out, but as the roof got worse they were able to schedule me in. The crew that arrived, headed by Antonio, was exceptionally polite, professional and hard working. They answered ANY (and I had a bunch) questions or concerns I had during the installation. They really worked as a team and the finished product looks great. Clean up was impeccable with them checking-in before saying they were done that I was happy. A few of the crew members mentioned they were with Four Seasons over a decade (a sign of a good, stable business). I highly recommend Four Seasons Roofing. From the first call to the last nail everything was great. More importantly, I am CONFIDENT that they did the RIGHT job and if there are any issues Bill and his team will stand behind their work.

Everyone at Four Seasons Roofing provided exceptional service! Oscar, the estimator, was early to our scheduled appointment and was very thorough in the assessment and explaining the process from start to finish. Due to scheduling, we were able to move up the date, so it was a bit of a mad scramble to finalize shingle color, etc., but everyone in the office was extremely helpful. The crew arrived on time - I was extremely impressed with how quickly & efficiently they worked. I would highly recommend Four Seasons!

We hired Four Seasons again (after they redid our siding) to replace our existing roof, which was about 15 years old and in bad shape. We were so impressed with the speed in which they completed the job (less than 1 day). Everyone we dealt with, from Oscar, to Donna, to our roofing foreman, were courteous and professional. Their workmanship is excellent. I cannot recommend them enough!

Very professional crew. Best price I found from a legitimate contractor. Very efficient and careful installation. Grounds cleaned thoroughly of nails and debris. Dumpster removed the same day as the installation. Highly recommended.

Four Seasons Roofing installed a Diamond Roofing System on my house on 10/23/18. The whole experience was exceptional. Bill Taylor arrived on time on 10/13/18 to provide a free estimate for the roof removal and replacement. He explained the entire job in detail and was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. In addition to roof replacement, the chimney needed a new crown and regrouting. Also new gutters needed to be installed. I had received a call from their office staff to schedule installation date and expected time of arrival. The crew and material arrived 7:00AM as expected and work started immediately. This team was very professional and hard working. I was very impressed with the quality of work ethic and product they provided. I would highly recommend them for anyone who requires roof repairs or replacement.
